I called Jonathan, my service representative from Platinum and scheduled a Service for my new to me 2023 Dodge Challenger shakedown. I wanted to buy a fun car not a daily driver. My service experience with Jonathan over the past 4 years on three of my other vehicles led to to choose another Dodge car so I could continue having great service, communication and fair prices again. I could've bought a car from Cadillac or Ford or Chevy, but I really went with Dodge primarily because of the service that I get there each and every single time. Jonathan is the absolute best service rep I have ever dealt with from any brand of vehicle from Mercedes and BMW to Dodge Ford and Cadillac. Jonathan makes it experience so painless and so easy that it's hard to go anywhere else or to deal with anyone else. I've never had a bad experience at Platinum and it's primarily because of Jonathan himself. Every time I go there, he treats me like a rockstar, takes care of everything perfectly, Keeps me abreast on everything that's going on and I cannot recommend anyone anywhere more than I do Jonathan at Platinum in Terrell, TX

Sales guy was good. Originally finance was good too. Ended up beating my credit union rate but that meant I had to put the large down payment down instead of my CU just taking the money out of my account. Due to it being after hours on a Saturday, I was told id have to pay by credit card Monday. Thats fine. Monday comes and I see theres a fee for almost $300 to pay via credit card. Not happy at all that I had to pay a month's worth of payments. I would have driven cash back out there if I would have known, but they had already had me put all the money onto my credit card account by then.

View on GoogleI brought my husband Jeep in, BEST service ever. It was super easy and a very nice waiting area with deli items and drinks not just chips, for purchase . They did not just leave me sitting there, they checked in every 10 min with the detailed status.. Oil change and tire rotation under 30 mins from the time I drroe in and out the door. We even got a new duck for the Jeep....beep ...beep! Full care wash included. Definitely coming back! Plus the service packages are a great deal and setting up the service appointment was easy! Do OVER! ❤️💯
