I recently took my Jeep to have new wheels and tires installed and a lift kit added, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the start, Hazel was professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with. They walked me through the different lift options and tire setups, helping me choose what would best fit my driving style and off-road needs. The installation was done on time, and the attention to detail was impressive. Not only does my Jeep look incredible, but the ride quality has actually improved. Everything feels solid and well-balanced, with no issues whatsoever. These guys are the real deal! They installed new coilovers, mounted and balanced new wheels and tires, replaced a torn axle and gave a race alignment all on my 2009 Corvette. Hazel and Martin took the time to listen to me about how I wanted the suspension and alignment setup on my car and they delivered! The car hooks, books and cooks now thanks to them.

Edit 1: The business replied. They refuse to rectify their mistake. They say their time is not free, yet they stole my time by (1) not informing me BEFORE the alignment that I need new tires and (2) forcing me to come in for a second alignment under false pretenses. Their wording frames it as though they told me before the first alignment, but I was not told nor contacted in any way when I dropped off my car. They did not collect proper information to contact me either. They also bring up the cost of the machine like I know anything about cars. They are dealing with and offering services to people who know little to nothing and expect their customers to have infinite knowledge. They admitted to not only not giving me proper warning, but also admitted that they are making me, a customer, pay for their own mistake. Luckily I now have the business in writing saying they messed up and still charged me twice for a single service. I am considering pursuing a charge back with my credit card for the second charge if things are not rectified. Original Post: I got an alignment on Monday, November 25, 2024. I came back for a second adjustment alignment on Monday, December 2, 2024. After the first they said it was no good because the tires were worn down. I replaced my tires with brand new ones before the second alignment. The employee at the shop was very kind and helpful, but the owner did not honor or help in any way in terms of the price. Despite the first alignment not holding and them saying it was not great, they charged me full price ($100) for BOTH alignments. I understand the full price for the first one. They should have honored that it was not done perfectly the first time and given me either a free or highly reduced price on the second one after I got new tires. Yes, the price is lower than other places, but it's not worth it if they don't provide the same type of service that others provide. I hope this review reaches the owner and they rectify this problem. If that happens I'll be updating this review and changing my ratings.
