This was my first time trying this auto center. As soon as I parked in the State Inspection stall I was welcomed by a tech named Cameron. That made me feel comfortable. While I was in the waiting room the Shop Mgr named Rick had great customer service with us customers and with the customers that were calling on the phone. In the middle of the state inspection I asked Rick if I could add an oil change and he kindly said yes. When I was called into the register by the District Manager Rick, he explained my charges and told me my vehicle was ready. The technicians and the managers were very efficient, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this auto center. It will be my place to go for anything about my vehicle. Thank you very much. Keep up the great work.

Kwik kar in Terrell Texas is my go to place now for any car repairs and maintenance ! James was very honest , he did not try to sell me something I didn't need done. I got a brake fluid flush done in a very timely manner and a great price! I also got a second opinion from him! a previous car repair shop told me I had a valve cover oil leak! James checked it out I did not have an oil leak! Being a senior citizen and woman,, car repair shops like to take advantage of you!! that did not happen here! So thank you James for being an honest, trustworthy person I can count on!🙂

They really go above & beyond to treat their customers right. They have earned a loyal customer. Service was friendly & accurate, wait time was excellent, their waiting area & restroom were CLEAN. Payment is made from your phone. I will be bringing my other car to them, too!
