I came in needing an oil pan replaced on my BMW, they took care of it and very fast and great work was done, needed control arms and cv axles done as well and they took care of that as well. I’m very happy and excited to have found an honest and trustworthy mechanic that knows and take pride in their work, I am working on a project truck my father in law gave us and I am taking it there so that they can do the work on it. I highly recommend Fix It Auto in Terrel Tx, you will not be disappointed, the whole experience is worth it. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We live in far East Texas and were driving to Fort Worth. Our car started acting up, stranding us in Terrell on a Saturday. We were very lucky to find these guys open on a Saturday! When we called them and explained the situation, they didn’t hesitate and told us to head over. They even called us back a couple minutes later and was going to send their mechanic to come drive the car if we didn’t feel comfortable driving it. Once we got there Javier immediately came out and found the issue. In less than 3 hours our car was fixed and back on the road! We are so grateful to Javier and their entire staff for helping us in such a bad moment!

I was driving from Arlington to an important meeting in Tyler when the driver side windshield wiper flew off during a rainstorm. I was on I20 in Terrell, so I limped into town and pulled into the first automotive garage which happened to be Fix It. Javier couldn’t have nicer, and had me fixed up in under 10 minutes. Now it was time to pay, and I had never asked for a quote, so I was prepared for anything, because Fix It had solved my emergency. What a pleasant surprise when the bill was only $32. I have found that sometimes a customer gets “punished “ when in a situation like mine. I’m not sure if I will ever be in a situation to return to Fix It, but I do want to let the folks in and around Terrell that there is a very HONEST automotive business in town. Thank you, Javier!!!
