Do NOT take your car here!! I brought my car here because my check engine light was on reading that there was an issue with the knock sensor. So they charged me $200 and what did they do? They changed the oil!! $200 for an oil change?? Seriously? Then upon driving it I noticed I was slowly but surely losing oil, which brought the low oil light and the check engine light back on. Took it back and asked them to replace the knock sensor. They ordered the wrong part so then I took the car back until they got the correct part in. They changed that, charged another $400. Then when I left this time I was losing oil VERY FAST. Turns out their mechanics (or lack there of) over tightend the oil pan and cracked it, causing the leakage. I called the owner and he flipped out on me swearing that if his mechanics broke anything, they would of let him know. These guys are snakes in the grass!! Look up Dusty's Garage. Five minutes from these clowns, much better service, honesty, and quick repair.

Doy's Auto Repair is one of the few places left in the world that offers exceptional customer service and care. I had a cracked taillight cover that needed replacing. Mazda wanted to charge me $722 for parts and labor. I found the lens online at a discount parts store and drove my vehicle to Doy's to see if they could install it. Not only did John install it, he did it right on the spot. We are so thankful that we found Doy's.

Our 1998 E350 17' Box truck broke down on the way back to San Antonio. We were lucky to find Doy's on our search for a repair shop. The price was very fair; The work was exceptional and the way the driver and his wife were treated while they waited for the work to be completed is rare. in a time when I rarely have good things to say about how people behave, I couldn't miss the chance to give Doy's a 5 star rating so everyone knows that this is the place to go when the need mechanical work in or near Terrell, TX. It is really hard to find great work and customer service but this is it.

So far so good I got my truck in there for service willing to talk to me about the problem even gave me a break on payment give me a little payment plan so I'm happy. I would suggest it to anyone. Good Old Country Boys seem like they know what they're doing, so it's all good.
