Let me tell you folks, Chucky has earned my business indefinitely. He is a true professional and a Powerstroke EXPERT. He has been professionally trained by the Engineers at Ford and it shows! He took the time to explain to me the issues I was having and why I was having them. Chucky replaced my IPR, stem pipes, and Y-pipes, on my 04 Excursion and charged me a fraction of what everyone else quoted me! I don't leave a lot of reviews, but Chucky is the real deal...a genuine good guy who actually cares about his customers and LOVES his job! He was actually excited to work on my Excursion! Who does that??? People who run a good business, that's who! Other mechanics stuck their nose up at my Powerstroke, but Chucky jumped in without hesitation. Thank you Chucky. You are a true blessing and you will always have my business sir!

I had an excellent experience at Chucky's Diesel Garage in Terrell, Texas. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. The team provided a clear play-by-play of the repair process, keeping me informed at every step. Even after hours, they made the effort to accommodate my pickup, which I really appreciated. The staff is all cool dudes who are knowledgeable and friendly. All around, they have a great crew that truly went above and beyond for us. I would rate them a solid 100% – an A+ all the way!
View on GoogleCalled chucky,s diesel garage because truck had a service emissions system message pop up and was going to limit me to 65 MPH. Jaun was super helpful stayed late so I could meet up with him and figured out what was going on quickly showed me on his computer. Ended up being my def injector was dirty and I had a few bad glow plugs and he ordered the parts and fixed it the very next day. He's very smart and trustworthy I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using chuckys diesel garage.
View on GoogleI towed my truck into Chucky's shop on a Thursday, mind it that we are heading back to Houston on Monday. I had been calling at least 8 other disele mechanics around that area and mentioned I would potentially get the truck looked at by mid week the following week. This was not going to work for me. I tried one more mechanic and stumbled on this location. This was God sent. Chucky not only works on Saturdays, but got my truck up and running for me to be able to head out. Also, the price was on point, too. No hidden fees or false information to charge you more. I will drive to Dallas from Houston to get work done on my disele vehicles.
