***BEWARE*****if You've decided to use this tire shop Make sure that you're overdraft protection is turned on. You can expect to spend at minimal two or three times the amount as you would at any other tire repair shop. First off when they quote a price it is just for the tire itself. The price does not include any other fees such as disposal or mounting, etc. They were extremely misleading when I got my initial price quote even though I asked for the out the door price they did not include any other fees in my quote. You can also expect to go ahead and purchase a tire not be able to repair it because I've never gone and had service done at this shop before and been able to have a tire repaired. They always find a reason for me to have to replace and purchase a whole new tire. I went to their shop and was only in need of having a small screw removed from my tire but I was informed of course that it was not repairable and I needed to purchase a whole new tire. After the initial shock of the price I agreed to go ahead and bite the bullet and purchase four brand new tires. They ordered my tires and the next day I had them put on. I got on the road to take a 4-hour road trip. Less than 24 hours after purchasing them I had a blowout about 70 mi down the road. Thank goodness I was safe and sound and was able to avoid an accident. I went to a small tire shop in the town where I had the blowout and temporarily purchased a used tire so that I could continue my trip and when I got home I contacted Firestone to let them know about the blowout so that they could order me a new tire to replace the one that had the blowout. I was utterly shocked to find out that the tire would not be covered under a warranty. It seems that there is no warranty whatsoever on your vehicle tires unless you choose to purchase a roadside protection plan. At the time of purchase I was not even offered a roadside protection plan and was not aware that they offered one. I had to once again purchase another brand new tire. I'm lucky that I did not have an accident because of the blowout and my family was safe and sound but my safety or budget was not of any concern to this tire store. After purchasing five tires I thought that I had peace of mind for traveling and I was blown away to find out that they don't warranty anything whatsoever unless you pay for an additional service for each individual tire. They would not even honor any type of manufacturers warranty. I could have easily driven 30 minutes to Abilene to have the service done by someone who would have more than likely had the tire in stock without me having to wait to order and for a tire that included at minimal the manufacturers warranty. If you're looking for reassurance that you won't be stranded and your pockets won't be empty do not use this tire shop.

Had a tire fixed here last Friday. Tire still holding air but for whatever reason hood was left open, chip out of my wheel, and passenger window was cracked. Reported immediately but just keep getting the run around about pulling security video. They say their techs say they caused no damage, but if that's the case why not get video pulled immediately to clear your place of business from responsibilty!? To me that would be the quickest best way to either clear yourself or take responsibility. I definitely do not recommend this place not because of work but because their concern or willingness to address the issue when I claim my vehicle was damaged there is zero if not less!!!

Went to Walmart today and as I exit the store returning to my car I noticed my tire was almost flat. I coasted up to the Murphy's to use the air machine and it didn't work. The young lady there was very helpful and did return my coin for the machine not being operational. I contacted Bill Williams tire center and they sent someone to me in less than 15 minutes. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and informative. Long story short! Experience was amazing the gentleman assisting me with my tire was amazing as well and was very courteous. I would recommend Bill Williams tire center to anyone who needs assistance when in need of quick and good service. It was nice to know that they will come to you 👏
