There great people. I have been taking my vehicles for years. But when they do something wrong, they don't want to take responsibility. always making excuses. This is the third time this has happened and they definitely lost a Client. This time was my under cover from the engine it was brand new. It wasn’t put right. it came off while driving on the highway.

This crook of an old man tried to charge me 200 to mount and balance a set of tires staring they had to be laser balanced. Ive been a mechanic for 10 years and just didnt have access to a machine at the time. All the new machines use laser, he just used that excuse to try to rob me on price. I and anyone I know will never attempt do business here ever again.

Had a tire blowout in front of Ben's. I pulled into the parking lot and spoke with the tech. They asked me to get back on beltline, drive(on my rim), and make 2 u turns to pull in. They refused to help me, 15 yards from the entrance of their front door. So I got the Jack to do it myself. I put my spare on and decided to go buy a tire else where. A whole new set, actually. Shame they treated me and my family when in need. I would have expected that from a large brand, but not a mom and pop.

Had a flat tire on Beltline and Town East. Glad Ben's tire shop was there to help. Got the fix done right away. Great service.

Fast service, and helpful. Spent less than 10 mins for inspection, maybe even less than 5 minutes. Will be back in the future.
