I brought my 2020 Honda Accord LX here after dealing with a frustrating rear alignment issue from a previous accident. The rear toe and camber were way off and it was destroying my tires, and I honestly didn’t think it would ever be fully fixed. Rush and Terry took the time to actually look into the problem and got the car fully aligned with all green numbers. When I drove it after picking it up, it genuinely felt like a brand new car again. I’ll admit I gave them a bit of a hard time at first because I’ve had trust issues with mechanics before, but they stayed professional and delivered great work. The price might not be the cheapest, but the quality matches it and it was worth it for the result. If you need work done, just drop your car off and let them handle it. I came in for a simple tune up and told them what i needed done. Of course they wanted to charge me Diagnostic fee. I said ok. Here it is 3 diagnostic fees later and ovet 2000$ later and i have more problems then i came with. Ill be getting my mechanic to check every part they claimed to change. I wouldn’t recommend them yo my worst enemy. They talk all friendly while they overcharge u for parts and services. My car has never stopped and now i can barely drive a block. Ridiculous. Good luck going here. They didn’t even put the screws back in so imagine what else they didn’t do. Carelessness could cost some their life or health. As “certified “ mechanics they should be held accountable!

I’ve been bringing my car here for oil changes, and every experience has been great. The front desk representatives are always pleasant, welcoming, and professional. Scheduling appointments is easy, and they always do a great job of getting customers in and out in a timely manner. The facility is also very clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are always spotless, and the lobby has a warm and inviting atmosphere with complimentary drinks and vending machines available while you wait. Overall, love the affordable prices, great customer service and a great experience every time!

The employees did an excellent job and gave me updates about my car and showed me the filters that needs to be change. I love their honesty and that they didnt rip me off like people from dealership that I went to from when I drove a Honda. But with Lexus, I would avoid dealership and will go to any auto shop for my maintenance check. The price is very reasonable for the service
