Sam's Club Tire & Battery

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Sugar Land Sam’s Club Tire & Battery Center. I arrived exactly at my scheduled 8:00 AM appointment, but the staff did not even start helping customers until around 8:15. After finally checking my order, they told me they only had 3 tires available, even though my online order clearly said “Ready for Pickup” and I had already received confirmation emails. When I asked how long it would take to get the missing tire, the employee responded with a very impatient attitude and said it could take “1 or 2 weeks.” No apology, no effort to help, and they acted like the whole situation was somehow my fault. I then asked if they could cancel the order for me. They refused and told me to go talk to the front customer service desk. Customer service then told me I had to call Sam’s Club online support myself. So I ended up wasting even more time calling customer service just to cancel an order caused by THEIR inventory mistake. What made things worse was that I asked if I could simply reorder the tires in-store, but they said no because it would create a “duplicate order.” Then the in-store price they quoted me was also higher than the online price by over $20, and the employee tried giving confusing explanations about valve stems and extra charges that made no sense. The attitude from the staff was honestly the worst part. Rude, dismissive, impatient, and completely unprofessional. After wasting my entire morning, I drove to the Stafford Sam’s Club Tire Center instead. The difference was unbelievable. The staff there were friendly, professional, checked inventory immediately, confirmed they had the tires in stock, and honored the exact same online price without any problems. It’s hard to believe these are both Sam’s Club locations. One provides professional customer service, while the Sugar Land location feels completely disorganized and disrespectful to customers’ time. Based on my experience and the many similar Google reviews, the low rating for this location is absolutely deserved.

Person in glasses and black was rude and unprofessional. Everytime I come in for a tire rotation he says they are too busy and need to make an apt. Which is understandable, so I do that, but then he says my vehicle is not in the system so he can't service the vehicle. The other Sam's locations were able to do it so why can't he? Disappointed in the service, just go elsewhere

you can call the number and get routed to a central department to make an appointment if you go in the morning you can usually get seen pretty quickly in the evenings are on the weekends is when they're the most busy. their tires are quite expensive and you can find better prices at local private shops, but they offer a good price for the rotation lifetime warranty

Don't buy tire. I purchased 4 new tire. But my 2 back tire of of car after 8000 mile completely bald. I went there to claim warranty but they simply blaming in to my vehicle problems. And I don't have any issues with wheel balance, alignment or any other problems. They didn't even check the vehicle the main guy came outside see the the tire for about 30 seconds. Zero stars.

This Sam’s club tire center deserves 0. Their tire department manager and store manger (Sir Allen who is extremely arrogant and ignorant) are arrogant and unprofessional. They do not follow Sam’s club’s policy on road hazard protection even after I called their online customer service. They act like they own Sam’s club. Fortunately, I am glad that other Sam’s club tire centers are much better and doing what the club promised, which keeps me (nearly 20 year member) stay. Never back to this club and I urge the Sam’s club management to look into this. Funny thing is that after I talked to Allen, another customer of the tire center also had similar experience on this Sam’s club center.
