By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Porsche dealership. You can tell the people at the Porsche Sugar Land and the Indigo Group genuinely care about their customers. I brought my 911 in for a rear wing fault code. The initial diagnosis pointed to a spoiler harness, which was ordered, and I was immediately provided with a loaner—a huge plus. They put me in a nice 2026 Macan S while the work was being completed. Once the spoiler was removed, the technician discovered the actual issue was the spoiler drive unit. I was kept informed every step of the way, the correct part was ordered, and the repair was completed the following day. Everything was handled through the CPO process with no hassle and no unnecessary back-and-forth. The communication was excellent, the repair was straightforward, and pickup was as simple as signing a few documents and driving away. To top it off, my car came back spotless and looked like it had even been waxed. I left extremely happy with the entire experience. I’ll definitely be returning for my annual maintenance and any future service needs. Highly recommended.

Phil recognized me and came out to greet me as soon as I drove up, he gave me an estimated timeframe and was inside to let me know my car was ready before that time was up. While I waited, I was provided with a cappuccino that was just as good, if not better, than one from Starbucks. I’ve always been more than satisfied with my experiences at Porsche. They really know how to do customer service right!
