I brought my 996 GT3 in for extensive service — a low-mileage car, but over 15 years old. It had always felt a bit unsettled and unstable in corners, which was puzzling since other 996 GT3s I've driven didn't share this issue. Chris quickly identified a worn suspension bushing and performed a street alignment that transformed how the car drives. Night and day difference. I also had my 997 C2S serviced here. Again, low mileage, but long overdue for fluid maintenance — power steering, coolant, PDK flush, tension pulley, and drive belt were all taken care of. Chris clearly knows these cars inside and out. More recently, I brought in my 992 as well, and the work was completed promptly and professionally — consistent with every experience I've had here. If you own a Porsche, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shop while trying to get a simple quote for brake pads and rotors on my Porsche Panamera. After providing my VIN and all the information they asked for, instead of giving me a quote, they immediately asked me what my budget was. That alone felt completely off. Why does my budget matter before you even tell me what the job costs? It came across as if they were trying to size me up rather than provide honest, transparent pricing. When I pushed back and simply asked for a quote, they avoided the question entirely and tried to send me to another shop. No explanation, no estimate—just a referral. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, like they didn’t want to deal with the job or were unwilling to be upfront about pricing. The whole interaction lacked transparency and basic customer service. Asking for a budget before giving a price and then refusing to provide a quote is a huge red flag. If you’re looking for straightforward answers and honest pricing, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else.

View on GoogleMy 06 Carerra S with Triptronic, 105K, decided to go into limp mode (Triptronic Emergency Run) after a 200 mile trip from Dallas to Houston. I never considered the dealer and pretty sure Chis pulled a rabbit out of a hat the dealer couldn’t even find. I’ll agree with the other reviewers, your Porsche will love Flat6Werks. Prices are right, work is excellent, Chris might be a wizard.
