⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a long day at work, I got a flat tire from a screw stuck in my tire and stopped by this shop hoping they could help. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with outstanding customer service. Lawrence was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Another gentleman at the counter, who kindly assisted me in Spanish, was equally welcoming and helpful. They took care of my tire quickly, didn’t charge me a penny, and even offered me water and coffee while I waited. I came in tired and stressed after work, but I left genuinely impressed by the level of care and hospitality I received. It’s rare to find businesses that treat customers this well. They have definitely earned a new customer. I’ll be purchasing my next set of tires from them, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest service, great people, and a customer-first experience. The guys were very empathetic about how much work and expense needed to go into my car. Together we worked on making the best choices of what needed to be done within my budget. It was done the next day. They also provided free transportation to take me home and pick me up while the car was in the shop. I still have a list of items to be repaired but, but I have a better timeline of when they can be completed and still keep me driving safely.

I originally chose this shop because they had the best ratings out of the four mechanic shops I looked at on Eldridge, and overall they lived up to the reputation. I really appreciated that they waived the $200 diagnostic fee, and I was impressed that they provided complimentary Uber rides to and from my house — I’ve never had another shop offer that level of service. Their waiting area was also very comfortable, with desks, couches, and TVs. I’ll probably bring my laptop next time and work while I wait. I also appreciated that they sent me a full inspection report with photos of my broken crossover pipe. That level of transparency gave me more confidence in the repair and helped me better understand the issue with the vehicle. The only downside was the price of the crossover pipe, which was about double what I had seen online. However, they explained that it was the only part available that could be installed by the next day, while the cheaper options would have taken days or even weeks to arrive. Given the situation, I understood the tradeoff. In the future, I may shop around a bit more for part availability and pricing before making a decision, but overall I had a good experience and will definitely return to this shop for future work.

Every time I come in for service, the service guys are friendly and professional, always remember me. I appreciate the honest assessment of my vehicle's condition and recommendations for needed service without feeling pressured. They take care of my vehicle and deliver the services I want as promised. I also appreciate the courtesy shuttle to work.
