Great service, and very reasonable prices. They offer complimentary Uber home and back to the shop if you have to leave your car with them, and I think that's generally indicative of their customer service style. I've had a few issues with my Honda that they've helped me with, and I always feel that they take the extra steps to make sure I don't have to spend extra money unnecessarily, unlike some other shops that will casually try to slip in the most expensive options. They also have a VERY comfortable waiting room, which isn't a reason to choose a shop, but again just shows their customer service style. Definitely my first choice of auto shop in this area.

I was pressed for time and needed my brakes done before hitting the road for my son’s baseball tournament, and they took care of me quickly and made me a priority. The team is the real deal—professional, efficient, and providing excellent customer service from start to finish. The team at First Tire & Automotive in Sugar Land is very professional and thorough. I went in for an inspection, and the team did a comprehensive review of suggested service and maintenance items. There was no hard sell, just a report of items with levels of urgency. I came back for a 4 wheel alignment and brake fluid change, which the team was very thorough in performing. I really appreciate the friendly service and honesty! I will be back.

It was my first experience with First Tire Automotive. I called to check availability and spoke with Zach —I very impressed with the customer service, even over the phone. Zach was polite, courteous and scheduled my appointment for me immediately. Ironically enough, it was the complete lack of customer service when I entered the building for my appointment that changed my whole experience. I went to the front to give my name and insurance, was completely disrespected and belittled by a very rude and impatient employee, James. Had I not already scheduled the inspection, I would have just left. It took a bit longer than expected for my inspection (roughly 35 minutes) but the service performed was perfectly fine, no complaints there. I won’t be returning due to how I was treated by James. I left feeling stressed, very disrespected and with a burning question in my mind: why do people like this work in customer service? Service is good, customer service other than James was wonderful. If you come to First Tire Automotive in First Colony, request a different service tech if possible. I hesitated to give the entire establishment a bad review based off of one poor experience, but I felt it was fair to warn others.
