My overall experience was good.. my car was there a little longer than I expected..but they were being thorough..I believe the place needs to be larger for the amount of work the have.. I recommended them to a friend just yesterday..and I will definitely be returning there for future work.. Good people .. Good service.. just need a larger place! 🙏🦾🙌
View on GoogleThis was one of the most frustrating and concerning repair experiences I’ve had. I brought my truck in after being told they could fix the issue, but the truck ultimately had to be sent to another shop to complete the repair—something that was not clearly communicated upfront. The biggest issue was lack of transparency and changing terms. Parts were replaced without clear approval, and when I questioned this, the owner stated they “don’t have to call for every approval.” That alone should be a major red flag for anyone trusting a shop with their vehicle. I was also told additional labor would not be charged, yet the final invoice included MORE of labor HOURS that I never clearly approved. To retrieve my vehicle, I was put in a position where I had to pay under pressure. I was told to pay cash. This experience raised serious concerns about how this shop handles approvals, pricing, and customer communication. I would recommend this shop. underperformance and overpromissed.
View on GoogleI had two not-so-great cars and I went to Crown for any issues I was having. They were great at explaining the issues and how each charge went to which service. I never felt like I was being charged for something unnecessary. I have a new car now but if any issues come up I will definitely be returning!
