Brake and Tire Check

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this location that I feel others should be aware of. On February 23rd, I brought my vehicle in to have the rear brakes, calipers, and rotors replaced on both sides, along with a brake fluid flush that was recommended by the technician. I was told the job would take about an hour, and there was only one car ahead of me when I arrived around 9:00 AM. Instead, I ended up sitting at the shop until around 7:00–7:30 PM, nearly the entire day. Throughout the day, the manager repeatedly gave me different stories about why my vehicle wasn’t finished — from parts being delayed, to the wrong parts being delivered, to someone needing to leave the store to go pick parts up. Each time I spoke with him, I was given a different explanation, and it was clear the store was very disorganized and poorly managed. Other customers were also sitting there waiting for long periods of time with very little communication. I ended up paying almost $800 for the brake work and the brake flush. However, after picking up the vehicle, my son (who drives the car) told me that the brakes were not working properly. He had to press the brake pedal all the way to the floor with both feet just to slow the car down, which is extremely dangerous. When I checked the vehicle myself, I discovered that the brake fluid reservoir was completely empty, meaning the brake flush I was charged for was never performed. This also explains why the braking system was not functioning properly. The vehicle was released back to me in a very unsafe condition, which is unacceptable — especially considering my teenage children drive this car. I contacted the manager and provided photos. Instead of refunding the service that clearly was not performed, he told me to bring the vehicle back so they could do it again. At this point, I do not trust this location to work on my vehicle after the way the situation was handled and the condition the car was left in. I also attempted to contact the corporate office, but there is another issue there. The message says they are open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, but when you call during those hours, the recording says you are calling outside of normal business hours. So at this point, I have no way of reaching anyone at corporate to properly address this situation. Between the lack of communication, the disorganization of the manager, being kept at the shop all day for a short repair, being charged for work that was never performed, and having my vehicle returned in an unsafe condition, this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an auto repair shop. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled. I would not recommend this location or this company, and I will not be returning.

I had a great experience here. The technicians took the time to actually show me the wear on my rotors and explained exactly why I was feeling that vibration in the pedal. I feel much safer on the road now. Great communication, clean shop, and very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

Staff was super quick, helpful, and extremely patient with me. Prices for wheel alignment are great, I’m sure they do an excellent job in every category. Make sure you book an appointment if you want to be in and out quickly, great service here. I’ll be back soon!

I came to get my tire checked because the light had been flickering on and off for a few weeks. Since I was there I asked for an alignment as well. The workers there at the time admitted they wouldn’t be the best hands to fix my alignment since my car wasn’t the usual BUT told me to come in the next day to get a worker who could. I came the next day got an alignment, oil change, helpful tip for the light and they also checked my filter for me. Everybody was very patient, kind and not pushy at all. I appreciate the help guys!
