I have been coming to Sam’s for a long time and I’ve never experienced good customer service in the tire center till today. Arielle was extremely friendly helpful and caring . The tech Milton in the back was very rude and unpleasant. If I had to come back here it will only be if Ms. Arielle is standing at the desk. Very amazing 5 stars for her

My weekend got so much better after meeting these two wonderful people. They truly come to work every day with a positive attitude, bringing happiness not only to the customers but also to the entire staff. It’s clear they care about creating a great atmosphere for everyone. I loved the experience!

My battery was still under warranty so i only had to pay the state fee.She help me with a great price on wipers.She was very helpful and knowledgeable i really appreciate her.Yall have to come check her out at the stafford location.

View on GoogleI can’t to Sam’s Club to purchase tires and Ms. Arielle was a big help. She offered an upgrade to my account and it saved me $40 additional dollars on my installation. Very friendy very helpful I recommend you ask for her if you need tires. She’s amazing
