The mechanic was amazing. I was nervous going in because as a woman, I’ve experienced shops trying to price gouge, but Sonny was very honest and detailed throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how they perform a full inspection and send a detailed report of your vehicle—it gave me peace of mind and made everything very transparent. I called with a lot of questions, and he never once seemed irritated or impatient. He took his time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. Overall, this shop is amazing, and I’m truly grateful for the work they did. I would definitely recommend them and will be coming back in the future.

View on GoogleMy wife and I have been coming to Freedom Automotive for years. The staff are consistently friendly, always greeting you with a smile. They are helpful, always wanting to ensure you walk away satisfied. And they are knowledgeable, able to answer any question posed to them. Recently I was purchasing a used vehicle on the other side of Houston. Naturally I wanted Freedom to inspect before the purchase. But the dealership wouldn’t allow the car to be transported. So, I called Freedom and the owner, Sunny, answered and said he would perform the PPI. This was all last minute. Another time, I was stranded due to a vehicular issue. After talking to Sunny he went way out of his way to drive to where I was to inspect and resolve the situation. That is how dedicated and how much he cares about his customers. I can’t recommend any other place above Freedom Automotive.
