After having repair work completed on my Chevrolet truck, I observed several issues upon picking up the vehicle. The interior of the truck was dirty, with visible mud inside and dirt prints on the steering wheel. In addition, there was damage to the back of the vehicle and scratches along the side. When I brought these concerns to the attention of the shop owner, he stated that he had no knowledge of the damage. I also had my Honda vehicle at the same repair shop during the same time period. When I initially inspected the Honda while picking up my truck, I did not observe any damage to the interior or exterior. However, when I later returned to pick up the Honda, I noticed that the interior light above the mirror was broken and hanging down. When I asked about this damage, the shop owner again stated that he did not know how it occurred and explained that he did not personally work on the vehicle, instead directing responsibility toward the employees. The employees did not provide an explanation and appeared unwilling to take responsibility for the damage. Overall, the shop demonstrated a lack of accountability for damages that occurred while my vehicles were in their care. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this repair shop to others, as the owner failed to take responsibility for the damages and instead placed blame on his workers.

Charged me $2900 for a horrible paint job(being nice) and then he threatened to kill me if I didn’t pay the final payment of $700. Had a friend there with me and he threatened him too. Pulled his gun and everything. I just paid and took my car since metal isn’t worth life. Told me he was going to be the one painting my car and then had someone else paint the car in a literal dirt shed down the road. Got overspray on literally everything, including the seats, and then got mad when I pointed it out. Spent $3k more dollars to get the paint job fixed by a reputable painter. Another $2500 to replace all parts that we’re over sprayed. Car in question is a 9sec Lexus SC. STAY AWAY!!! I repeat....STAY AWAY!!!! He is a shade tree mechanic and can’t paint to save his life. Hence why he got someone else to try and accomplish a paint job. Not to mention he applied a chrome pin stripe when I specifically requested NO PINSTRIPE 🤦🏽♂️
View on GoogleFelix is very friendly. But...... Took my vehicle to change my Tires to some biggers ones. And they didn't remove the sensor from my old ones. Now im driving around with the Tire pressure light on. He said to take it to another tire shop where they can remove the sensor remove all my Tires again and then put them back on. Witch is extra money for me to spend.😑😑😑😑

View on GoogleThis place has poor reputation of being a great choice. This is a hostile environment and isn’t kid friendly. The communication is misleading and work on your car will be unfinished. This is the last place on earth I’d think about coming to for repairs. I can’t stomach the disgrace and disrespect endured at this unpredictable hostile environment. Would recommend
