I have used Prestige to care for our vehicles for several months now 🚗🔧. I am impressed with Collin & Helen's ( the owners) customer service and heart for community ♥️ They have done good work on my vehicles and do good things for the community. I recently had a issue which resulted in my car's interior being flooded with water 💧 😐. They found and repaired the problem causing the flooding. I took advantage of their partnership with Street Clean Rides to get back a clean & dry car. I would 💯 recommend supporting this local business.

Prestige Auto saved my life today! I know, it sounds dramatic, but in my eyes, they saved me today in more ways than one. Unfortunately, I began a project on my KIA that I couldn't finish due to physical limitations. I pulled in to their driveway a few minutes before opening time. I was greeted at my car with a smile and "Good morning, how can we help you today?"( Thank you Angel!) I revealed my sad story, and was immediately introduced to their amazing Service Manager.(Thank you Helen!) I was asked to pull into the open bay, and the auto repair specialist began working to get my car back in shape again.(Thank you Chanda!) The overall experience was excellent. Customer service is amazing and their repair prices are extremely reasonable and fair. They treated me like a VIP! They not only saved my life, but they saved me time, money, and my dignity. Thank you Prestige Auto Service, I'm a forever customer. ☺️👍

I’ve been a customer of Prestige Auto for years, and let me tell you, they provide the best service hands down. Collin, the owner and my mechanic since 2013 when I moved from Ft. Hood to Houston, has consistently delivered unparalleled service and attention to detail. Every member of his team is outstanding – starting with Koryn, who welcomes you like family the moment you walk in, and Luis, the main mechanic, who’s just as reliable. Together, Collin, Koryn, and Luis form a dream team that can handle anything at a moment’s notice. Their service is genuinely unique and family-oriented. When Prestige Auto fixes something, you won’t have to return for the same issue again. In 13 years with Collin, I haven’t had to come back once for the same fix because when they say it’s done, it’s done right. If you want a shop that truly delivers with no BS, Prestige Auto is it.

My wheel bearing gave out while driving to Livingston. I use my truck for work so I can’t afford to be out of service too long. Luckily I got a tow and they highly recommended Prestige Auto in Splendora, so I called them and spoke with Mr. Collin and he understood my need and was able to get me in FAST. They got the bearing ordered and I was back out on the road that afternoon. As a local guide and someone that appreciates family owned businesses, this place is fantastic, reasonable, caring, and straight shooting no BS, they got me what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on things I didn’t need. Would recommend calling them first for your auto needs

Just when I thought honest mechanics were a thing of the past, I found out about Prestige Auto Services. I had a problem with the AC in my 2013 Dodge caravan and took it to them to get it checked out. They quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate, no charge. I brought my van back the following week, and it was ready the same day! They even gave me a quote for some other minor issues that I was aware of but were not of immediate concern. No pressure, just bring it back when you're ready. They are courteous and professional; I was truly impressed with the level of service I received. I highly recommend Prestige Auto Services in Splendora
