Universal, for the win! On my way from Austin to Houston on a Tuesday HOT July afternoon - my low engine oil light turned on. Panicked bc I assumed I was in the middle of nowhere but thank goodness Universal Automotive was just a few exits down. They literally looked at my car right away; got the Stelvio in a bay, checked & topped off the oil (with 0W30) and I was back on the road in less than 30 min, for $30 bucks. They also let me bring my two dogs inside while I waited. Super nice dudes. Grateful for shops that exist like this one!

I came in around 3 PM on December 22 because my truck’s rear brakes were going bad and had started screeching, making it unsafe to drive. They quickly evaluated the issue and gave me a quote that was almost unbelievable (another shop quoted me nearly double). After confirming the price included both rear brakes and rotors, I approved the work. Even though they close at 5 PM, they still got everything done and had me back on the road by about 5:30 PM. Fast, honest, and affordable service. This will definitely be my go-to place for any future repairs or maintenance.
