⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service this morning! I had an excellent experience at Cummins Auto in Denton/Sanger today. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. While my repair was something small due I felt at easy Mr. Pete could handle any issue big or small and would do so with care, very thankful I found them! You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. The service was efficient, transparent, and stress-free — which is hard to find with auto repairs. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend Cummins Auto if you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanic. I’ll definitely be back!

Incredible service. I was in a really bad position with my car. It needed to be towed in, and th key was stuck and it was just not starting. To top it all off, I had kept my car in a complete mess. There was a bunch of random stuff all inside the interior. We worked out what was wrong, they fixed it and they even bagged up all my random junk in my car. They were incredibly fair with pricing and very communicative. Will definitely be returning and recommending these kind folks to others.

I would like to say great experience. My prayers were answered on a Sunday. I’m grateful for Pete and Heather flexibility with the shop being open and available for my service. Pete was well knowledgeable about the issue concerning my 2011 Chevy Aveo. Clean and friendly environment highly recommended.

I had a very frustrating experience with this mobile mechanic who came out to Denton to work on my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. They were supposed to replace the timing belt kit and water pump. Initially, they quoted $250–$300, but once they saw the full kit, it came to $450, which I agreed to. Unfortunately, they did not secure the water pump bolt correctly at all. It was stripped and never properly tightened, causing the belt to become loose as I drove back the six-hour distance to my workplace. After a couple of hours on the road, I had to stop due to strange noises, and eventually, the belt snapped entirely. This led to multiple tows and extra costs. When I contacted the mechanic, they claimed there might have been an internal issue and offered to fix it for free if I brought the car back—which was impossible given the distance and the fact that the car wasn’t drivable. They also forgot to add coolant as promised and even left one of their tools inside the engine area. I had to carefully remove it myself later. To top it off, once I sent them photos and explained the problem, they stopped responding to my messages entirely. This is extremely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use their services. They don’t communicate properly, and the quality of their work is poor. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable mechanic.

These two are genuinely good people. When Pete scanned my car, he realized the problem may be covered by Kia under a warranty i didn't even know was on the car, and went as far as to contact Kia and set it up. Literally all I paid was the affordable diagnostic fee. He could have charged me for the repair but was totally honest about it. Will be referring friends and family moving forward.
