I had a great experience at West Car, and a big part of that was because of Leo. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what they would be doing to my vehicle, making sure I understood everything without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His honesty and communication made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands. Leo's positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel valued, and he did exactly that. Because of the outstanding service I received from Leo, I'll definitely be bringing my business back to West Car in the future. Highly recommend!

Excellant service. Very profressional..i usually go to gonzalez my mechanic for years. But i moved. Just needed a simple oil change and my old mechanic has a line...he is that good. But this company is really good at it. Its literally a drive-thru for oil change. they were fast and the the young fellow in the front. Sorry, dont know his name? Was so professional. Answered my questions. Ladies come here they wont do u wrong. Take advantage of you. I even talked to a customer waiting outside before they opened... she has been coming for years. She gave me a good referral..even check the engine lights too.

I was referred to come here for my maintenance oil changes and have been here about 3 times now. The staff is very respectful and professional, specifically the man in the front with glasses. My car is always done within 20 minutes. They are upfront about the price the oil change will be for your vehicle and will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle with a simple diagnostic check request. I have instilled trust with this business, but more importantly, I feel safe and respected here, especially as a women.
