I recently took my truck TrustRock, and I'm glad I did the customer service is excellent, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Chris, Salana, and Alexa are incredible. This is the only shop I know of that will the mechanics record what they are doing to your vehicle and make it available to you for review. They have always treated me very well. I will continue to be a customer as long as I need repairs or maintenance on my vehicle.

I have brought my car in twice. The first time was when I needed new brakes. The communication at every step was excellent. I received text message updates and phone calls. Prices were extremely reasonable. I never felt pressured to get extra services like I have at other places in the past. The second time was when my engine was stalling. Same as the first time, great communication. Wonderful customer service. The work was done within the time frame quoted. Prices were very reasonable. I am also going to continue going for all of my oil changes and regular maintenance. Highly recommend this shop!

From calling to find out information, to scheduling an appointment, and to taking my vehicle in for service TrustRock has very welcoming atmosphere. Even with short notice, they were able to book me a same day appointment to look at my truck since I was having steering issues. I had wanted a second opinion from where I had originally took my truck to. They took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions or concerns I had. They are very knowledgeable. They made me feel valued and were not pushy for services like the dealership or other places do. They are honest, they care, and they back up the service and work they do. This is not your typical shop but way better. I am definitely recommending this shop and will be back for regular maintenance with my vehicle. Their prices are good and reasonable, especially with how today everything seems more expensive. They offer different payment options which helps, although I didn’t use this but may in the future. Especially since I have an older vehicle. Every work that they do on your vehicle, they offer a warranty to give you an extra ease of mind and it’s a 3year warranty or 36,000 miles. Thank you Chris and your front office staff. You have a great team there. I am impressed with how quickly you were able to order the parts that I needed and complete my vehicle repairs in such a short timeframe. The whole process was an ease which was great especially because I get stressed over any vehicle repairs. I live out of town but will definitely be back. It is worth the drive for the service, work, and value this shop has. You offer many different services which I found out today. I also enjoyed the waiting room area and the little things you offer to help the wait be more pleasant. Thank you for working on my vehicle and getting me back on the road. Thank you to my technician Travion. Loved the little thank you note. I could definitely feel the difference with my vehicle on the drive home. I would give ten stars if I could. This place is awesome!! We are from Iowa and were visiting San Antonio. We had a breakdown with our Camaro and they got us right in, got the part ordered, offered us a ride, fixed it promptly and had us out of there by the afternoon!!! They are super friendly and honest and we so appreciated their help will our problem. We would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all at TrustRock Automotive for your wonderful care!!

These guys are amazing! I've bounced around a few auto shops in San Antonio & had subpar experiences. Pricey costs for routine maintenance. Or had issues where they 'fixed' my car, only to have to return 2 weeks later due to more issues. So after several rounds of trying other places, I landed on these guys & they are now my go-to. They're kind, considerate, and fast. They give you realistic expectations on wait times, and they're one of the few places that are still open on the weekends as well! I also appreciate that they take a few minutes to explain what they are doing to try & fix your vehicle since I've had some bad experiences at other shops so even while they were busy they explained what happened, why, and what they are doing to fix it even if there could be a few outcomes. Kind of like a doctor diagnosing a patient, they were great with diagnosing my vehicle & keeping me at ease! :)
