Honest price, quality work, work completed in a timely manner, and very trust worthy. It's been a couple of years since I have needed any work done on my vehicles and once something came up I took it to Thrash for a diagnosis (I was thinking a transmission problem, but that ended up not being the case) it was serious but not bad transmission serious. Mike and his brother let me know the issue/s and gave fair pricing to make the repairs. Once completed I was very pleased and satisfied. It is always appreciated when you find a business that runs their business this way. In the process I also found out they do normal maintenance (oil changes) for just about the same cost as the dealership. Me and my family will definately be back in the future.

As a woman who hates dealing with anything that has to do with cars and knows next to nothing about them, the staff there was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. I was told I had a transmission leak where I usually get my oil change and wanted a second opinion. Mike and his staff were honest and informed me of what was really going on with my car. My business will now come to you as well as referring to your shop! Thank you so much for your help again, I truly appreciate it.
View on GoogleI know engine mounts take awhile to fix but it shouldn't take a whole week. They cost me time from my job because they kept pushing the date of completion further back. The service was terrible and we've been coming here for years. They even made a thing of not scheduling an appointment. But they don't have to worry about that anymore since I won't be going back. Update: Thank you for your response to what unfortunately was a negative review of your business. However, what was probably just a small misunderstanding has now turned into a personal attack on me. I'm not sure if you realize this but I'm not the only one who reads Google reviews. Now potential customers will see your aggressive reply and will probably think twice about visiting your establishment for fear of it happening to them. I don't normally write reviews negative or otherwise and while I will concede mine may have been a bit harsh, I feel your reply was completely unprofessional.
