Finding a truly good, honest shop is not always easy, but Twisted Axle is hands down one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. Raphael is 100% straightforward and honest with you. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeps you informed throughout the process, and never makes you feel pressured or misled. The pricing is definitely fair, but honestly, with a shop like this, you truly get what you pay for. These guys are experts at what they do, and the quality of their work shows it. It’s rare to find a shop with this level of professionalism, knowledge, and integrity anymore. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Twisted Axle to anyone who wants their vehicle worked on the right way the first time.

View on GoogleThis place is outstanding. Raphael the owner is a stand up guy! Extremely honest and won’t charge you for something he didn’t do. This guy isn’t looking to throw parts on your vehicle and wants to actually diagnose it and repair what is broken and fix the reasons it broke. Took my truck to him for a rear differential diagnoses and within seconds of driving it he was able to tell me I didn’t have a rear end problem. I tried and tried to get him to do anything I could to get him to act in a dishonest way but he sent me away and told me to try other things to diagnose my vehicle and if I truly just wanted to give him money I could come back at a later date to have him do it after I did the few simple things he instructed. Little did he know I know, I already knew what the problem was. I would absolutely trust these people to do you right here!
