Came in for an oil change, had the car back within the hour. Customer service at the front desk was excellent too. They send out a detailed diagnostic report via email with pictures when they're ready to send the car back which showcased any recommendations for service coming up or in the future. Would easily recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy service shop.

This shop took my car with almost no advanced notice on a busy, rainy day, accurately diagnosed problems my car had that two other shops missed, then went above and beyond to solve them. View on GoogleFirst two times I went were great, however the third time was so bad I had to leave a review. Dropped my car off on a Tuesday because accelerating caused it to get extremely loud. They were a bit backed up, but said they’d take a look at it at the end of the week and have it done Friday or Monday. I had to grab something from my car on Saturday and went in to ask about the status and they said they’d take were experiencing something and I would probably get it back Tuesday and latest Wednesday. I got no calls from them and on Wednesday I called them and got sent to voicemail. I went into the shop and asked the two people who were working there about it, one who was assigned to my vehicle. I don’t blame this man as he said he was assigned the car without any notes on what was wrong and I had to walk him through what was wrong with it. He then told me that it would be ready Thursday maybe Friday and they would call me to give me an update. I had to call on Thursday and Friday to see if it was ready and finally was told on Friday that it was. They charged me $290 which I think was a discount and felt better about it until I got in my car. After holding onto my car for over 10 days in a city where I need my car, the same issue I had brought the car in for was still present. I called back and they said they would call me to clear things up, but still have not. Every instinct of communication had to be initiated by me. I will not be coming back here again and I advise others to think twice before leaving their vehicle. I truly believe I put in more work trying to get a hold of these people, than they did with my car.
View on GoogleThe best customer service I’ve ever experienced with a shop. Had a drain pipe give me a flat tire and needed to get to work so I left my car in a parking lot and went to work. They came and grabbed the keys from me at work and then went and got the car and took it to their shop. They kept me updated along the way and have been very informative and kind. 10/10 experience in an annoying situation. Will definitely be coming here for all my future needs.

That’s when I went to SunAuto. and they were simply amazing with explaining everything wrong with my car. Long story short, they repaired my car within 3 hours and got my A/C working like new. Great Costumer Service and Convenience.
