Criminal activity at this business. My phone + wallet combo was stolen from a fitting room at the mall (when I was visiting from out of town for a funeral, which I missed due to this), and taken inside this business at 11:01am, according to GPS. The person was there with my phone for over an hour and a half, while I waited outside for police. So when police arrived, I showed three employees and the police that my GPS indicated that the phone was in their building, but the employee behind the counter was admittedly shaking and said he take me to look outside to look. I told him and showed him multiple times that my phone/wallet was INSIDE the business according to GPS. The fact that he kept trying to take me outside was strange. I lost my money, phone, photos of 4 of my children, missed a funeral... Not sure if it was them, or something else, but something VERY unfortunate happened at this address. I don't trust this area, and I'd suggest that other people be very careful near this area as well. I attached a photo showing an image of the last place where my STOLEN phone wallet was located. Maybe 3 of my GPS and phone finder apps are inaccurate, but it's suspicious enough to let other people know to be cautious around this area. I am so disappointed 😔

I paid $2,850 to Spitfire Auto Electric Service on October 19, 2021 (Invoice #20921) to repair my 2007 Lexus IS250 with over 220,000 miles. This vehicle was intended for my daughter, and its value was approximately $5,500. They replaced multiple components, including fuel injectors and a fuel rail, stating these were necessary to fix the issue. Unfortunately, none of the original problems were resolved. The navigation screen still did not work, and the A/C system continued to malfunction. I then took the vehicle to Lexus of San Antonio for proper diagnosis. I was informed that the components replaced by Spitfire were not necessary to fix the issue. I had to pay again out of pocket, including approximately $497 for a replacement screen sourced from a used part and additional costs to properly repair the A/C system. At that point, I had to repay Lexus of San Antonio to correct the issues that Spitfire failed to fix. I attempted multiple times to resolve this directly with the business, including phone calls and in-person visits, but received no response. Paying $2,850 for repairs on a vehicle worth around $5,500, only to have none of the issues resolved, is not acceptable. I am requesting a full refund of the $2,850 paid and expect accountability for services that did not resolve the issue.

Don't take your vehicle here they charge to check it. And want to charge an arm and a leg to do the Job, then it still didn't fix the problem. Don't trust this company to do any diagnostic checks on your vehicles. Im glad I didn't pay the almost $1000 dollars for a fuel pump replacement. Instead im out $500 for the the fuel pump and diagnostic this company said was the issue, I had fuel pump installed that didn't fix the issue. We'll it was a $100 part that fixed the issue. COME ON SPITFIRE YOU CAN DO BETTER stop robbing people from their hard earned money, just to guess on the issues of the diagnostic not worth the time and money spent at this place.

I didn't review the first time I took my Jeep a year ago. I took my Jeep for a issue with the shift module and transmission control module because I'm not too familiar with electrical I trusted these guys would resolve the issue relatively easy because there name literally says electric in the name. Well turns out they didnt know how to fix my issue instead they patched it and didn't actually fix the issue and that's after I had to call relentlessly because they kept running me around in circles saying something about the guy they had working on it kept calling out (whatever but ok). Upon receiving my vehicle back they claimed two other issues had popped up and issue with my A/C it was no longer blowing cold air, and my driver side window stopped working. Little did they know I'm not ignorant about vehicles it turned out whoever was working on my vehicle stole my A/C compressor relay so I drove back and made them replace the one that was stolen ( I'm sure this was a way for them to get me to bring it back and ask them to fix it when in reality they were crooks). Now the driver side power window I popped the door panel off and turns out they unplugged the cable to the window motor, now most would assume maybe it wiggled out. No because I had to physically push the tab that unlocks the cable from the motor to check if this was the issue. Save your money and don't go here they are crooks that may fix one issue just to cause another to try and get you to come back. I may not be a certified mechanic but I'm not ignorant and hopefully my review will save you time and money from this crooked shop

I brought my truck to this shop for the first time 2 weeks ago. I came to Spitfire Auto Electric Service because I had a bad experience at Jiffy Lube, Potranco, and I needed my vehicle to be fixed ASAP! Fortunately, this resulted into something good. I know the outcome will not be the same for everyone, due to different situations. But to my experience, I can say they did an amazing job! Thanks Cesar for listening to my needs and thanks Peter for fixing my truck.
