Taylor, the service writer is a standup super good dude they tell you upfront what’s going on the crew very professional sharp on top of their game and you could darn your eat off the floor of the shop if that tells you anything but being a number one speaks for itself, but I gotta give kudos to Taylor and the people that worked on my truck with some kingpins replaced a tire in alignment and they promised carried through with the work that they said they would do thank you and if I get a chance truck in cross country to have to go back there. I definitely will sincerely day Fuller Mayflower Transit company

I had a terrible experience Carlos checked me in had me wait in the bay for 2 hours before anyone showed up came to find out Carlos never checked me in waited another 2 hours til finally a technician showed up n help me very unprofessional unorganized wont recommend this place to anyone wont came back either.

Generally Southern has pretty reasonable prices. But this specific location would get - 10000 stars from me for customer service. I was already at dock and one of them pulled me out to get his friend first. Its fine, by the end u will have only your 2 friends as customers. Left without service. By the way it was a warranty issue.

I visited today at 7:37 AM for a trailer alignment. After checking in at the front desk, I dropped my trailer at the second bay and was told to wait for Taylor, who would be helping me. Around 8:27 AM, Taylor came out and told me to wait a few minutes, assuring me he would start working on it shortly. I patiently waited in the lobby until 12:27 PM — nearly five hours — but no work was started. I went inside several times, asked the front desk for updates, and was repeatedly directed to Taylor in the second room on the right-hand side. Each time I asked him when he would begin, he said he would meet me in the lobby — but he never came out. After wasting almost half a day with no communication or progress, I had no choice but to reconnect my trailer and leave disappointed. I strongly urge the manager or supervisor to review this situation. Customers’ time is valuable, and this kind of delay and lack of communication is unacceptable. Please address this issue and ensure employees like Taylor are more responsive and respectful of customers’ time.
