Had my newly purchased truck Transmission break down. Had no idea where to start. I had a purchased a warranty luckily from dealer on my used 2016 F150. I knew I could get my repairs at any dealer or approved mechanic. I didn't want to go to the dealer and wait my on the for the cheapest approved repairs by warranty company and we all know dealers are never in a rush. I decided to start with a diagnostic. Sgt Clutch said they deal with warranty companies, they offered free towing so my insurance rates can stay down and had long waits on the phone with a stalling warranty company. Finally got the approval and decided to upgrade transmission warranty out of pocket for the difference for a 100,000 miles since my original warranty was only for 20,000. I am super satisfied. My only reason for not putting a 5 star is because the upgraded transmission was slightly delayed. But like the saying goes (1) you get what you paid for and (2) good things come to those who wait sometimes. I am very impatient but very satisfied and glad that I thought it out before making a quick decision to go anywhere else. I looked it up online and their brand of fully rebuilt upgraded transmission are of good quality and built to last. Thankyou to all the guys at Sgt clutch.

Service was great and exactly what we needed at the time... I do want to advise to not use the easy lease financing i assumed it was like everything else and would be acceptable to pay off early for a lesser charge... well for a 7k transmission were paying 11k after only having the loan a little over 3 months... 10/10 do not recommend the leasing very predatory to offer ppl who are in a bad spot

I just had my transmission rebuilt here for my 2018 Ram 2500 with the 68RFE. They were fair in their pricing, and got the work done quickly, as well as added in an upgrade. I've only had the truck for 2 days since repair, but so far so good. I highly recommend coming here.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning for a transmission diagnostic and heard absolutely nothing back the entire day. No updates, no phone call, no communication whatsoever. I had to physically show up close to closing time just to get answers because nobody bothered to reach out. After waiting all day, all they did was read off the trouble codes with no real explanation, no repair plan, and no actual solutions. That’s something anyone can do with a basic scanner. To make matters worse, they still charged me a diagnostic/inspection fee for information I already knew and clearly explained when I dropped the truck off. I came in expecting professional insight and direction, not to pay just to be told what I already told them. Poor communication, poor service, and a complete waste of time and money. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before bringing your vehicle here

I have used Sergeant Clutch for 2 years. I was referred to them by a friend and they are great. My initial problem was with my ac, Nissan said the repair was $4000. Sergeant Clutch repaired it for less than $1000. (It's been 2 years and I've had no issues with the ac since). Because of the first experience, I've been coming back for my regular oil change and service. I really trust the team here!
