As a woman I’m genuinely so tired of having to take my car to mechanic’s. They mess me over every time. I took my vehicle in for check engine light/traction light w/ engine hesitation. He offered a diagnostic which I told him I received from the auto part store already. He advised me they would have to go off their own. I paid $95 for them to tell me the same exact codes I received from the auto part store. They claimed they were going to run a smoke test to see if there was a leak for the P1101 (which they never did) all they did was look at the spark plugs which I told the guy I had had them changed prior already and they did in fact confirm they weren't bad (which I knew) I left with no answers and out of $100. Mind you I have 2 children that I have to get back n forth to/from school and therapy and a full time job I have to drive to every day. Rent, bills and car note. I heavily rely on my car. The laws need to be changed surrounding automotive shops. They should not be able to charge such an astronomical amount for “ a diagnostic “ with no actual diagnostic or labor put into finding out what the actual issue is. It’s sickening, wrong and immoral.

This place sucks can't trust these people. Take parts off your car and put old parts for other vehicles And mess other things up to get more business. Do not go to this place bad. They should be shut down.

Took my son's first car in for a check-up and to prioritize any maintenance needed for his safety. The new owner was extremely transparent with pricing and clearly explained what needed attention now vs. what could wait. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. It’s great to have a quality mechanic right here in the community. If you’ve been to this shop in the past, I highly recommend stopping by again to meet the new owner and see what’s changed. I’ll definitely be bringing my vehicles back.

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this shop and want to warn others before bringing their vehicle here. When I first dropped off my car, I was told it would be running the same day. That did not happen. Instead, I was given the runaround and a series of different explanations about what the issue supposedly was. Each time I checked in, I was told something new and different, which made it clear there was no consistent diagnosis. On top of that, I was overcharged. When I requested a pricing list to see how the charges were broken down, I noticed that it was “adjusted” afterward, which was concerning and felt dishonest. Even worse, certain parts that I was told would be replaced — and that I PAID for — were never actually changed. Eventually, I was told my car was “fixed” and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, the car would not even start. At that point, I was told it was now a completely different problem, unrelated to everything they had supposedly worked on. After spending money and wasting valuable time, my car was in the same running condition as before other then idling now, and I ultimately had to have it towed out of their shop just to get it somewhere else.1,$$$ spent here not to run This experience was unprofessional, misleading, and costly. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this place be very cautious
