RevUp Collision and Auto Repair

I was referred to Revup Collision by a friend. Someone hit my BMW 2018 while parked and I needed it fixed through my insurance. I called Ray at Revup. He picked my car up and handled everything with the insurance company. He did excellent work and did not cut corners. Him and his employees take pride in their work and it shows. My car was returned better than it was even prior to the accident. Crazy thing is I also had a 2015 Mercedes that wasn’t even starting. Revup Collision picked my car up and so much damage was done due to an over fill of my last oil change. OIL WAS EVERYWHERE!! Ray and his team took the time to clean up the oil and save as much of the car as possible without having to purchase new parts. This team is so loyal and honest and I was blessed to have met Ray. All done at a very very good price and I am so grateful to Ray and his team for all the hard work, patience, and effort they put into both my cars. I will go nowhere else EVER again. I will refer everyone and anyone I know to this great team of knowledgeable and dedicated individuals.

Hi Shirnita here give a huge shout out to the AMAZING team here at REVUP. I was in a car wreck and messed up my front end. Omg I thought i would have to get another car or pay over 10 thousand for repairs. Oh no that wasn't the case. I found REVUP on IG and they were 🎶Awesome. I honestly sat in the office doing nothing. They handle everything from my insurance company to getting a rental. 🗣Dont tell everybody but they are in so good with the rental company they'll come pick you up and take you back to the rental company so you do t have to worry about how you're going to get there and get your rental. They treated me like family. So when left me baby (car) with them I knew she was in good hands. I needed some extra work done that had nothing to do with the wreck and they did it for me at a low out of pocket cost. Can you say affordable, affordable, a-ffor-da-ble? I love it soft on the pockets and the work.... it's a sight for sore eyes. Beautiful. I got a brand new car! I want to say thank you to my cars new Auntie Bella (front desk) Uncle Ray(owner) and Cousin Danny (painter aka mr. Picasso). I had a really good experience with this auto shop. They did a great job painting my car parts—the paint came out clean and looked really good. On top of that, they had the lowest price after I got multiple quotes from other shops around San Antonio, which made the decision easy. Honestly, the best part of my experience was the customer service. The workers went above and beyond to help me. They helped me carry my bumper in and out of my car, which I really appreciated. Victor especially stood out—he helped me out and even put another piece of my car on that he didn’t have to install. That extra effort really made this place stand out. Because of the great service, quality work, and fair pricing, I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I have more parts that need to be painted.

Took my truck here after some damage to the tailgate and bumper. They did a solid job on the repair, everything lines up well and the paint match looks good. You really can’t tell there was damage before. The team was straightforward and easy to work with, and they got the truck back to me when they said they would. Overall, a great experience and quality work. I’d recommend them.

I was in one of those accidents that is just random and unfortunate, got hit by a guy on a bicycle and even though he was on a 2 wheeled transportation device he damaged the passenger side of my car pretty bad. Left a big scrape with a dent and even took off the door handle of my backseat door. Didn’t want to go through insurance because I didn’t want my rate to go up but also it’s the holidays so was hoping I would find a place that wouldn’t break the bank either. The first company I hit up quoted me $2k as a starting rate, I was astounded! I don’t know much about cars which can contribute to the abuse culture of male driven businesses that deal with female customers that get taken advantage of which also made me hesitant. Thankfully most companies offer online quotes so after looking into several companies, Raymond reached out to me immediately. He asked for more pictures so he could start assessing and quoting and asked me to come in when convenient for me. We scheduled a day and I came in, he physically assessed my car and quoted me such a manageable price I decided to ask about other damages to my car that had happened from other previous situations. Damages included scraps and cracks from my front bumper to my back bumper and after hearing my desires he quoted me another manageable quote and we decided to fix it all at once! He even works with a rental company and offered me a rental at a cheaper rate than local companies since my work was going to take about 5 days. I was so nervous I even had nightmares about getting disappointed so I was so anxious leading up to the day he sent me pictures. The pictures looked so good but the real test was going to be seeing my car with my own eyes. The day came to pick my car up and he even let me leave the rental at his shop since I had to go to work shortly after. When I pulled up I was almost brought to tears. I got that exact feeling I got when I pulled off the lot with my baby. Her looking brand new was honestly not something I expected. Not only could I not tell my car had been hit at all his team even went above and beyond to take care of various rock chip damages so when I say my car looked brand new, if the crack in my windshield wasn’t present you would have thought I got a new car. When I say Raymond and his team got a customer for life, I don’t say that lightly. Part of being an adult is contemplating where to spend your hard earned money and trust with your possessions and so I’m glad I found a company for life! When I was leaving, my key fob was dying and as if he hadn’t gone above and beyond he managed to have a battery on hand for me and so this was just icing to the most scrumptious cake. Thank you Raymond and team for taking such good care of me and my car! Also I am no photographer so my photos do NOT do justice as to how beautiful she looks. Truly truly thankful and blessed to have come across this business!
