The Good: They work pretty fast and the prices were fair. They called with updates so communication was also pretty good and they are also one of the few shops that are open on Saturdays. The Bad: I would not trust them with diagnostics. It seems like they just guessed what was wrong with the vehicle and this resulted in my car overheating the exact same way 3 times in a row after bringing it to the shop and them “fixing it”. The 2nd time I came they didn’t want to honor the 90 day warranty either so that’s definitely a problem when a business doesn’t keep their word. As you can see, I was charged again just a month later. After my car overheated the 3rd time I didn’t even bother taking it to them. I don’t know anything about cars but after a bit of googling and watching videos, l decided to try and fix it myself and discovered the problem was a coolant temperature sensor (a $30 part that was extremely easy to install). My car has been running ever since. I wasted $768 and multiple weekends back and forth coming to this shop just for it to be a $35 part that I fixed myself. Verdict: This shop could be useful if you already know what is wrong with your car and need help getting it done. But again, I would not trust this place with diagnosing the problem for you. Get a 2nd opinion from somewhere else and maybe even 3rd/4th.

Best experience at this shop, Ray Ramos was very helpful & kept me informed every step of the way, I took my truck in due to it shaking at higher speeds & also wanted to get my suspension done. He found the fix on the shaking right away which he resolved & also took care of my suspension big prop to him, I love the way they do business. 💪🏽

View on GoogleThe experience I had at Ray & Sergio’s auto shop was one of the best, if not the best, I’ve had in a long time! I called to get the regulator replaced on my passenger side window and they took care of it in less than an hour! My mechanic was Thomas and he did a great job. The customer service was awesome throughout and I will be back for sure! Hopefully not too soon though 😅. Thanks again Ray Sr., Ray Jr. & Sergio 👊🏽
View on GoogleI would not recommend this mechanic. He claimed he could fix the vehicle, but after keeping it and charging us just to look at it, he admitted it was not even his specialty. Communication was poor and the pricing felt excessive for no real solution. I felt taken advantage of and would encourage others to ask detailed questions before leaving their vehicle there.
