I rented a Uhaul from here and they are the only people I would rent from again :) The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Super helpful and explained everything about the uhaul. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a very poor experience with an employee of R&R Automotive. I rented a u-haul from a u-haul location that is adjacent to R&R automotive. My instructions from u-haul gave me a number that went to R&R, and that I would be picking up the truck from the R&R address because this was an off hours interaction. Three times over the course of three days I reached someone at R&R at this number but got the same answer - we are just the answering service for uhaul, uhaul is closed, we can’t help you. Very strange repeated interaction for an entity that is being paid to be an answering service! Then I go to pick up my uhaul using the off hours service, at 7:30 am, which included picking up the vehicle at the address of R&R. Again the answering service saying they couldn’t help, and then and R&R employee came outside and telling me that uhaul was closed and he couldn’t help me, even though I had an off hours reservation. He repeated that he couldn’t help me in an aggressive manner. I walked away, called uhaul customer service, and was assisted by a representative who instructed me to find a black box with the key in it. Turns out the black box is on the external wall of R&R, right where I had the first unpleasant interaction with the R&R employee. I didn’t notice it then because it was dark and I wasn’t looking for it yet. So I get the key, and am instructed by the uhaul representatives to find the truck with the serial number in my order printed on the dash, and then go in the back of the truck to confirm that the moving supplies I ordered were included. It is 7:40 am now, dark and not many people or traffic around. As I’m hopping down off the back off the uhaul and still on the phone with the uhaul representative, the R&R employee comes around the side of the uhaul in the dark; and repeatedly yells at me that I can’t be messing with the trucks. He doesn’t give me opportunity to speak as I explain that I’m the phone with uhaul, pointing to my phone. He then points to the reservation number, yelling that I needed a reservation number for a truck. I explained that I reserved this truck for this time in between his verbal assaults while the uhaul representative is still on the phone with me. I then stated that I would have appreciated if he could have pointed me to the lock boxes when we were standing in front of them, he then used derogatory female expletives directed at me. Then he stormed off. I was truly shocked at this interaction. If uhaul is paying R&R any amount for the answering service or to place the lock boxes on their building THEY SHOULD STOP, R &R was worthless on these counts but also made me feel physically unsafe before 8:00 am on a Monday. I experienced very strong misogynistic and threatening behavior ... because I was a single woman trying to pick up a uhaul by myself. Please be forewarned!

They didn’t do the work I had payed for, took truck back and they said they worked on it, I needed my bushings done and still had popping after picked my truck up. Took my truck to another shop and they replaced my bushing said this shop did a terrible job forcing parts that don’t go with each, one shackle had a bushing other just had a bolt against metal, don’t recommend shop at all stay away !!

That place is unprofessional, and time consuming.
