Wish I could leave half a star. This is the second ford I’ve taken my truck to get an oil change and is the 3rd hub cap they break without them replacing. Long story short. This time after getting an oil change I check my hub cap and it falls right off. I walk in and tell the manager and he says due to the others ones breaking/ cracking that one was prone to breaking. My question was l why didn’t they bring it to my attention until I called them out on it and then has no explanation as to why they didn’t tell him it was broken. Poor ownership and service.

After spending nearly $700 on an oil change and a 4x4 service, including front, rear, and transfer case fluid changes, I was disappointed to discover that the multi-point inspection was pencil whipped. The technician had overlooked the simple task of refilling the washer fluid, which may seem minor but raises concerns about the overall accuracy of the service. How can I trust that the service conducted for almost $700 was even accurate when their staff appears to be disengaged and not taking their jobs seriously? Although I was offered a small discount on my next service and the option to bring my vehicle back for a multi-point inspection, I can assure you that I will not be returning to this service center. People seek confidence and assurance from OEM dealerships, where they can be assured that the job will be done correctly with the appropriate parts.

First time here, walk-ins only not able to schedule an appointment. Waiting room is mid. Took about 1hr 20min to even have my vehicle pulled into a bay and another 1hr 20min to have my vehicle serviced. 2hrs 40min is terrible for waiting onsite. Also, left the carpet protector in my vehicle. Definitely not the level of service I’m used to compared to my last dealership at Jordan Ford.
