Called Andrew Service advisor yesterday about a tire. Got an appointment for 10 am today. Got here at 10 from finally at 1027 service advisor come out. His excuse was they’re short handed. Then tells me that it was going to be 1 1/2 for a tire. Even though appointment was at 10 it’s still going to be noon before done. While waiting Andrew comes over to tell me the cost of the tire was going to be $32? Yesterday he told me $274. Well that’s the cost of the tire. This is why I don’t come to Jordan Ford. They tell you one thing you drive over an hour to get here and the story is totally different. You’re just a number here and they got you because you need to have the work done. You buy a warranty for everything they sell but when it come time to use the warranty somehow the issue at hand is not covered. There are crooks in every business, however I think car business leads the way.

Great experience with John S. And other members of the team. Had an outer door handle replaced. Price was fair and service was timely. Had to take it back in for rattling inside the door, but they fixed it on the spot without hassle. Always willing to help and not looking to rip off the customer with unnecessary repairs.

The 1st, the girl on the phone misbooked me and put me in the quicklane when the truck needed recall work, I was forced to come back another day. The 2nd, I arrived for an oil change and was told a 3hr wait, but if I made an appointment it would be only 1 hour. I made an appointment for the following week for an oil change. When I arrived... You guessed it, a 3 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment. They can't honor my time, so they no longer get my business

View on GoogleIf you're ever in need of great assistance buying a set of tires, go see James Huron. He was very helpful and he took the time to meet my needs. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I would give this location 5 stars had it not been for the 3 hour wait and they couldn't figure out how to put my wheel caps back on. Other than that, overall, really good service. I'm tippin my fishin cap to Quick Lane, Jordan Ford Location on I.H. 35! 👍👍👍👍
