I would never recommend Pro Auto Care Center to anyone, especially after discovering how deeply it’s connected to both Texas Auto Save and 210 Action Recovery. All three businesses share the same address — 6622 Randolph Blvd. — and seem to operate as one shady, coordinated setup. After my car was repossessed, I was told it had been towed by 210 Action Recovery for a flat fee of $700. Later, they changed the amount to $708, saying they “confirmed the mileage.” But their mileage was clearly inflated — 52 miles on paper versus the actual 25 miles in reality. When I went to pick up my car, it was already sitting at Pro Auto Care, along with the tow truck — it looked like the vehicle never actually left. When I questioned the charges, no one would give me documentation or proof. Instead, I was met with rude, unprofessional behavior and a total refusal to provide the information I had a legal right to see. That alone tells me everything I need to know about this business and its ethics. This is a completely dishonest and misleading operation that appears to be using fake or exaggerated towing fees to make extra money off people in vulnerable situations. I’ve filed complaints with TDLR and the BBB, and I strongly urge anyone considering using this shop — or any affiliated business — to stay far away.

WARNING – Terrible Experience! Avoid This Dealership at All Costs My car buying experience with Texas Auto Save started off fine, but it quickly turned into a nightmare months later. After trading in my old vehicle, I began receiving parking tickets for the car I no longer owned. Turns out, the car was never officially sold. Instead, the employee who helped me with my deal kept the car for himself and gave it to his son—the person racking up the tickets. I tried contacting the dealership multiple times to get this resolved, but was constantly told they’d call me back. They never did. I eventually had to drive over an hour just to speak with someone in person. Once there, they sent me back and forth between the dealership and a location across the street before finally admitting what had happened. To make matters worse, Mohamed—who apparently is the “boss”—refused to help and told me the situation wasn’t their problem. When I rightfully became upset, his response was simply: “Call the police.” This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away from Texas Auto Save.

Grace the front office lady HORRIBLE, RUDE, she needs to be fired. her customer service in person over the phone is the WORST! You can come in with a positive vibes and this lady while mess it all up with her attitude.
