100% recommend! I was traveling southward with 3 kids when the check engine light came on. I called a couple places and got push back, clearly those places were trying to upsale, but when I called Performance, Steve was very helpful and straightforward. When we arrived Jose offered us beverages and the guys had no problem with the kids and I hanging out while the repairs were being done. I was able to get in and out and back on the road within a few hours. No pressure for add-ons, even topped off the oil and fluids. Feeling confident for the rest of my trip now! This is the 3rd time I’ve had to visit Performance Auto for the same issue luckily it is still under warranty ! Jose and staff were very accommodating and took care of the issue quickly even sooner than what Jose communicated prior which I was very happy with that ! Jose was very communicative along the process which I definitely appreciated! I’ve been here 3 x and I would definitely recommend Performance Auto and repair ! They have built and gained my trust and will continue to give them the opportunity to service my vehicles! Great job team performance auto keep up the great work !!

My experience at this shop was awesome! Noah greeted me as I entered and provided excellent customer service, both he and the owner provide options for water and coffee the owner even said he would get someone to go on a taco run lol, the shop was very busy and when I asked if my vehicle would be done by 2 Noah assured me it would but when things got back up he gave me a call and notified me with plenty of time and it was not an inconvenience. Everyone i had the pleasure of speaking with had a level of professionalism not often seen today, I highly recommend this shop and will be doing future business with them!

I recently took my truck to Performance Auto & Trans to address some oil leaks and other mechanical issues. After saving up for repairs, I went in with high hopes, especially after Noah, the front desk representative, assured me they could handle the job. He seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy, and I was quoted just over $3,000 for repairs including control arms, brakes, and sealing the leaks. Unfortunately, after a day of work, I began receiving multiple calls from Noah, each one notifying me of additional issues they claimed to have found. By the end, my bill had increased to $4,000, and Noah continued to request more funds. Despite explaining that $4,000 was all I had available, he simply said, "I'm sorry, sir, but there's nothing we can do." When I picked up my truck, I noticed several problems: the check engine light was on, my alignment was off, and my steering wheel shook uncontrollably when braking. Even worse, the truck was leaking more oil than before. I took it back to Noah, and he once again claimed additional repairs were needed at a high cost. I reminded him that he had promised the leaks would be fixed for the initial quote of $3,000, and after paying $4,000, the truck was in worse condition. His response was simply, "I'm sorry you feel that way, sir." To confirm the quality of work, I took my truck to a more reputable shop. They found multiple issues, including improperly resurfaced brakes, an unflushed coolant system, unresolved leaks, and loose air dams in the throttlebody ventilation system. Additionally, the check engine light was linked to a lean mixture caused by a loose intake. It's clear that many of the repairs I paid for were either incomplete or improperly done. I'm left questioning where my money went and whether I was taken advantage of through unnecessary upselling and poor workmanship. Poor communication, unexpected charges, and a lack of transparency. I expected honesty and clear explanations before any diagnostic. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
