Would give 0 stars, charged me almost 3,000 for a job they never fixed. Had to keep taking my car every time I picked it up it will not last more than a couple days. Rude as hell customer service. After the 3 time they tried to charge me another 1000 took them 3 months to ruin my vehicle. Gave me my car back dirty as hell. 3 Days later the car was STILL OVER HEATING . WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK HERE. This place need to be reported for a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

⭐ Review for Paleo Car Care ⭐ I brought my vehicle to Paleo Car Care due to an oil leak. Following their inspection, I was informed that the repair would cost $3,000 or more. Despite being a student and this being a significant financial burden, I proceeded with the service in good faith, trusting that the issue would be properly addressed. Unfortunately, after spending over $3,000, my vehicle continues to have an oil leak — in fact, the issue appears to be worse than when I initially brought it in. This outcome is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the quality of the repair performed. I hope this review serves as both a caution to prospective customers and as a prompt for the shop to address and resolve the ongoing issue. Professional accountability and customer satisfaction should be priorities for any service provider.

I can't say enough good things about Paleo Garage Works. Frankie and Phillip were on time, at a time convenient to me, and worked quickly to diagnose the issues on my truck. They were able to transport my truck back to their shop and let me know when they arrived safely. Robert, Paul, and Phillip communicated with me through every step of the process via text and phone, and even provided pictures of the issues we were discussing so I could get a visual. When they delivered the truck back to me, they went over all of the work performed, answered all of my questions, and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with what was done. Their prices are very reasonable, and I would highly recommend them for trustworthy, professional, customer oriented service that gets you back on the road quickly. I won't trust anyone else with my rig.

Paleo Car care has a GREAT staff on hand to help with all of your car care needs. They even have a MOBILE division for roadside car care assistance!! We were called out to Detail one of the employees vehicles, but learned all about what they've got going on and I'd recommend their services to all family and friends.
