OUTLAW Off-Road + Performance

I heavily recommend this place, great staff and customer service. I requested a qoute and they got me it the next day, a week later I was in the shop getting my lift, wheels, and tires. They finished it in one day and was evening willing to stay after closing time for me to come pick it. That same day when I got home I realized my tires still rubbed, I called them the following morning and that same day I was able to get the rubbing fixed within 30 mins. I will be back to get my wife's jeep all set up. Again I heavily recommend. Shoutout to Daniel and Mike for the great customer service.

Firstly, I just want to say thank you to everybody at Outlaw Off-Road and Performance. This was my very first time putting a suspension lift, new tires, wheels, and lights on any vehicle I’ve owned. As a veteran, I’ve always wanted to do this and finally was able to — and I couldn’t be happier that I chose Outlaw to make it happen. Their communication was phenomenal, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. A special shoutout to Ben — he was extremely professional, welcoming, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions, gave me total confidence, and really showed how much he cares about the customer and the vehicle. Your the Man.. Ben!! Outlaw Off-Road and Performance did a remarkable job, and I’m so glad I trusted them with my build. I have been to many places, this being the only place they had clear communication. I felt like family with the way they treated me. I highly recommend this place if you want your truck done right. Daniel was there every step of the way and helped me stay within my price point. They are a great one stop shop for trucks and rims! EDIT: I Would love to say they were amazing, they had great service and repairs for the most part. I took the vehicle into them because my driveshaft fell. They told me it was a transmission mount so, I ask them to fix it and just make sure everything is ok. I made it clear it was going to new Mexico and back. The driveshaft fell again despite having just fixed it. I'm stuck in Sonora Texas without any money and my truck is on the side of I-10. They said they couldn't do anything for me. I don't like leave bad reviews but, this is deserving. The drive shaft is too short, that's the problem and the transmission mount never was actually replaced despite being charged

Mike and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quicker than I expected without sacrificing quality. Ok this place is a red McCombs sister company with that being said they have deep pockets to get all needed equipment and personal to be the best out there. I bought my vehicle in to have some wrapping done. After multi attempts and a complete drop the ball event on all aspects the car is returned back to with a novice/ entry level job. Ray Charles could have done a better job, lol. Let me remind you they charge like they know what they are doing, I said no to work and took it to another place where they laugh at the work done by out law. They use third party vendors to buy there products as Steve the mgr said to me that’s why they are high in prices. They have to add to retails prices. Per Steve the mgr. Be careful of the work that’s done I got a price on some tires for my truck $2950. . I found four other place where the price was much cheaper. Thx
