Option Transmission

Without a doubt,the very BEST place one can take their transmission! I've had my 2007 Buick Lucerne for 15 years,and my husband said "it's never been this healthy." I love this car so much,and was hoping it was possible to fix everything that went wrong. John and his team are dedicated,determined,professional,understanding and personable. They will not rest until they accomplish an excellent job and repair. If you're hesitating,don't- take your vehicle here. You'll not regret it. We're customers for life.

Great guys they work hard and I would bring my car back. Very kind and responsible they stayed late to figure out what was wrong in order to get my car back in operation. Very friendly amazing staff they showed me what went wrong and explained what would've caused the issue. Very happy with their work.

Really I thought this is a honest shop but I just realized they lie to you about the parts they used, John tell me that he was going to install a better torque converter that cost me $1k but he used a torque converter from $200-400 value and not better that’s what he said, and I know that for a fact because my transmission started to act weird, and I pull the transmission down so that’s why, but that’s on me for trusting them, I REALLY DON’T recommend this option transmission shop at all!! STAY AWAY!!!!

When my transmission blew on Chevy Tahoe, John and the guys at Option Transmission were able to rebuild it to save me money and they got it done in just a few days. Since having it rebuilt months ago, I have ran this Tahoe on multiple extensive trips and drives out of state and back, taken it into offloading situations for some of my camping trips, and I’ve had to drive really fast for some emergencies on a couple occasions. This rebuilt transmission has not slipped even one time since I got it back I’ve also worked with them and so has my family over the years on other vehicles Always quality work and extremely great people with integrity behind the work they do They should definitely be your top pick if you Need major mechanical repair work done on your vehicle.

absolutely DO NOT GO HERE. I trusted them to check my car. i knew it was slipping geats but i needed details in order to get it worked on. at first I was told it would only take 24hrs. the next day, I called and was told they hadn't had a chance to look at it yet. I had a bad feeling abt it but I trusted them bc they seemed so kind. a few days later I called back, and was given every excuse in the book. the mechanic was at lunch, hes going to leave for the day, hes working on another car, they dont know where he was...every time I was told that I would get a call back and I never did. finally when I told them I just wanted to take the car back they finally had a diagnostic which was my transmission was slipping gears but they didn't know why. after my car sat there for a week. when I finally went to get my car, it wouldnt even make it off the lot. it shook so bad and rattled and they did something to my brakes where I couldnt even brake (even though they werent supposed to touch anything but look at the transmission). when i asked what happened to my car they shrugged and said AND I QUOTE "i guess it got worse". DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR CAR
