Obryant Auto just installed a new engine in our 2004 Tacoma! They were fantastic! the price was reasonable. The time it took to do it was reasonable. They changed out everything that needed to be changed out. When we picked it up, we were pleasantly surprised! it looked beautiful. They had washed and detailed the truck as well! even detailing the tires! I love my "new" truck! Y'all are a great company. We trust you. We will be back. Thanks Ann and Marlin Sawyer

A friend referred me to this shop, she said he is good. She took me to his automotive place and the owner met with me, he looked at my black Chevy blazer and said he could help. I left my truck and it was running well even with some oil leak but running. I asked him to check the ac and he did. The arms for the tires were replaced and he added freon to the ac and changed the modular controller for the ac. I paid $1900 and drove away with my blazer. March 31, pickup date and I drove to a store on Naco-Perrin. When I got back in my blazer it wouldn't start. I called Leroy and I told him where I was and that the truck wasn't starting. I ask if he could help me and he said he was sorry, but he couldn't help me, he said for me to find another place to get help. I paid a tow truck to bring my truck home. My nephew checked it and said it was the starter, he told me that the ac compressor is not working and it messed up my starter. My truck was running and it's been sitting in my driveway since March 31. This automotive place offered me no help and they didn't bother to check back with me to see if I got help. It's June 1st and I have no transportation. It has taken me awhile to write a review, but I wish the automotive place would have been more helpful with me. $1,900 out and my blazer which was working when I took it to O'bryant is no longer working since the day I picked it up from their place. Blazer was good when I got it 6 hours later same day..it stopped working and has been parked since March 31st. What a mess I got myself into.

Had an oil change done on my 2021 kia k5 in Houston two weeks later as I'm driving to San Antonio, my oil light comes on and my engine doesn't shut off but starts to lose horsepower. This was on a part of the interstate with no shoulder! I had to get to the nearest exit and park the car. I check the oil gauge and its showing next to no oil. I looke under the car...and all my oil is on the ground! The dealer says they can't see me for over a month so I tow it to the closest mechanic to the dealer and my mother's house...O'BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE! They were super friendly, and were able to diagnose the problem immediately...THE OIL DRAIN PLUG WAS MISSING! NOT BROKEN....COMPLETELY MISSING! It wasn't put back in properly from my oil change and after time just fell off! He fixed the problem at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE and told me how to handle it with the original shop. They made me wish I still lived in San Antonio...because I finally found a reliable, talented and trustworthy mechanic! Too bad I live 200 miles away lol. Would highly recommend O'BRYANT AUTOMOTIVE!
