Incredible service , and attention to detail. Made a purchase on Carvana i wasn’t 100 percent sure about. They put my mind at ease, helped with the Carvana warranty and got everything approved for me the next day. There is more work needed on my car, small details. Will definitely be bringing my business back to them.

View on GoogleThe service from start to finish was top notch. It was simple to schedule an appointment. I was able drop off my car early and get a ride back home. I did not end up having to have a ride back to pick up the car but that option was there. Communication was excellent. Mike was very responsive. The option to pick up my car after hours was a plus and it was easy. They had multiple payment options and that was an added bonus. I would recommend them and would return future needs.

They have me a full inspection break down of my truck, how it was running and something’s that I wanted to consider that would need to be taken care of. They did not push for any of the items they pointed out and gave me an idea of the timing that I would want to address the maintenance for the truck in. They also offered financing which really gave me a comfort level for how I proceeded. I highly recommend Jack and Mike!!! I am beyond happy with what the helped me to take care of and I am grateful to know I have a reputable company to rely on.
