This service actually occurred over a year ago and I wonder why they are just now reaching out. Of course they tried to oversell me and wanted to do an entire rebuild. The trans had given over 100,000 error-free service and within a week of the fluid and filter change it started missing shifts consistently such that I had to get a new vehicle. I would never again use Mr. Transmission. Photo is of my beloved van being hauled away.🙁😞

I initially brought my car in thinking I was dealing with a major transmission issue, and they were able to properly diagnose and repair it at a much more reasonable cost than I expected. What I appreciated most was their honesty and communication. When I brought my car back after the check engine light came on again, they checked it and let me know the transmission was still working properly and that the issue was unrelated. They didn’t try to upsell me or charge me for something unnecessary, which meant a lot. Robert was especially kind and made me feel like my car was in good hands. Overall, I felt respected, informed, and taken care of. I would definitely recommend them.
View on GoogleGrateful to have found these guys! I was about to take my car to the dealership because everyone I called didn't get back to me or was not able to work on my car. They were my last try before the dealership. They are so helpful and explain everything well. They do what they can to keep the quality great and your cost as low as possible. The dealership would want to replace my transmission but they allowed me to choose between that or trying to repair.

View on GoogleI have a 2008 Jaguar that was due for a transmission service. I went to several places and told that they did not work on Jaguar. Mr. Transmission did the oil and filter service in about 2 hours. I am very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable.
