I wouldn’t ordinarily post a negative review but the way I was treated by the company and Norma (the rudest office manager I’ve ever experienced….in any industry) but here it goes! I had taken my vehicle to replace the water pump pulley. I picked up my car on 12/24 even though the car had been ready for a few days but couldn’t make it sooner. I say that, because I had been notified days earlier that the car was ready. However, when I turned on the car, I noticed that the messages hadn’t been cleared and I was now getting an interesting message saying that the car engine was going to shut off. I went back inside and told the owner’s nephew, Christopher, that the messages were all still displaying. He told me to drive the car to the first bay. I did. He plugged the diagnostic machine and cleared the messages but was so rushed. I understand, it was Christmas Eve and they probably wanted to leave (as did I) but he didn’t even take the time to make sure that the messages didn’t come back. Instead said, just bring it back if the messages come back. So…I drove off the lot and went to fuel up. When I got .2 miles away and pulled out of the gas station from getting fuel, the interesting engine message popped up again AND the noise that it had been making when I took it in started up again. Now the car displayed a message that the car was going to shut down in 10 seconds. I got to the light and noticed my car overheating beyond the “H” so I turned off my car at the light when it was red and hoped it would cool down. Instead, the car locked and didn’t turn back on! I immediately called them back and they had to bring two different wreckers to get my car because it wouldn’t turn on to place in neutral. The mechanic came to check as well and said he didn’t understand why they let me take the car when it looked like (under the hood) that it wasn’t ready. Because my car locked, the serpentine belt burst and it was noticeable that the COOLANT WAS NEVER PUT INTO THE WATER PUMP!!! The locking of the car caused the belt to burst! I was fine with the mistake of no coolant, but what was the most upsetting was when I went to pick up my car a week later, they CHARGED ME!!!! I refused to pay for the new serpentine belt but they wouldn’t give me my keys. The office manager called the owner and they only offered to not charge me for the labor to put in a new serpentine belt but STILL CHARGED me for the part. The rudest office manager Norma tried to tell me that the noise that it was making was my fault, that the serpentine belt was what had been causing the noise and that’s why I brought it in the first place but I brought it in to replace the pulley! She refused to take ownership for them causing the problem by not filling the coolant which caused the car to overheat, which in turn caused the car to shut off and lock, which in turn locked all the pulleys and caused the serpentine belt to burst! She tossed the credit machine at me and told me that she was being rude to me because I was being rude. I’m sure I was but I was infuriated that they still charged me! I told her I was the customer and she flat out said she “didn’t care.” Incredibly disappointed for Mr Flores’ lack of ownership on their mistake and not rectifying the problem they caused!!!

This past Saturday I had to do something that every woman dreads. Get my front brakes changed. It was definitely metal on metal. The guy in the office was so nice and patient. Told me it would be a few hours. After an hour they called me to let me know the diagnosis and price. Two hours later, she was ready. It was such a good experience and they didn’t rob me blind. Now they have a new loyal customer.

I've taken several of my vehicles here for oil changes, brakes, AC work...all late model. Each time it has been affordable and quality work. Never had any problems afterwards and the staff if friendly and accommodating. Much better prices than other places. I will keep bringing my vehicles here when service is needed!

*** Not Recommended *** FACTS: -- Phone quote to replace a thermostat, $200 for everything (part, coolant & labor). -- 10/24/2025 1:30pm. Drop off vehicle -- 10/25/2025 about 9am I received a text with a new quote of $346.96, that includes an oil pressure switch replacement. I knew of that being faulty but was not an issue for me at the time. It seems to be standard practice for mechanics to suggest more which in turn increases their bill. I knew that was an expensive add-on but I was hoping to form a new relationship so I agreed to the updated quote. -- 2:35pm text, vehicle was ready. Arrived about 4:30pm just before they close (5pm). When I arrived I was told by a lady that my bill was $428. I told her that my updated quote was for $346. She made a call to discuss the difference then told me to speak to Daniel, in the other shop next to hers. -- I walked over to the shop office and inside was a very smug young man who handed me the invoice and said that my cost was increased because I needed a coolant reservoir tank. I explained that I didn't need a reservoir tank when I dropped my vehicle off and that wasn't approved by me in any way. I was not expecting that price increase but was even more surprised by Daniel not hearing any of it and wasn't going to give me my keys until I paid. They were about to close shop, I needed my vehicle back, and at this point I wasn't going to leave my vehicle with them any longer. I swallowed my pride and my principal and paid to get my keys back. -- when I got into my vehicle I noticed my ashtray was open and some contents of glovebox were on the floorboard. -- when I turned my vehicle on, there were 12 new miles on my odometer. OPINIONS: -- I have never posted negative review, I just don't ever go back. But in this case, I think this warrants a review. I hate to penalize the business for the actions of one person, but this boy seemed to be the one in charge and that is a reflection on the entire business. He knew that I was coming in to discuss the discrepancy with the final bill cost. I wasn't mad, I really thought it was a minor issue that would be easily resolved. But I was way wrong. Upon entering the office this boy, Daniel, was very smug and seemed prepared and my guess is this is not his first time. He handed me the invoice and told me that I had to pay it because my vehicle needed that coolant tank. He brought the mechanic in to explain to me that it was spewing water out. I told him that it was fine when I dropped it off, as I would know if my truck had a leak anywhere. Maybe they broke it in the process, I don't know. But I wasn't made aware and I never approved for that replacement. I believe that I am not the first one to have surprise parts added on to the cost and expected to pay for it. It was a bully tactic to say that I needed it and add it to my service without approval and hold my vehicle until it was paid for. I just needed my vehicle black as I no longer trusted them. I bit it and paid for it. -- I was still little shocked and pissed for what/how they did what they did, and at myself for paying for it, but I now had my vehicle back. I get in and see that someone has been blatantly looking through my vehicle. I had nothing of value in there but still, that feeling of someone being in there looking to take something really sucks. I am not blaming the employees, but my vehicle was in their lot. -- Then the 12 miles. At first I thought it wasn't a big deal, maybe a test drive. But then I mapped it out. 6 miles out, as the crow flies, is to the Rim or 1604/Shaenfield or 410/San Pedro. That's a lot more than a test drive. -- It's been a weeks time and there are no problems or leaks so they didn't mess anything up. The oil pressure switch was replaced and works so I no longer have to finagle with it to get the reading. I got a new coolant tank. I just can't tell if a new thermostat was actually put in. I'm not saying that they didn't do it. I just have the same symptoms as I had before. Bummer.

Beware, they like to scam with their estimates. I got quoted labor twice in different lingos. They also made you pay 45 every time you ask them to fix anything even if you bring the diagnosis. Their price is very very steep and quality is suspicious because we keep having to come back to fix it again and again. Also there’s a surplus for using credit card. You’re welcome.
