I'm very honored to leave this review for Mendoza Tire & Muffler. After asking a friend of almost 30 years where I could go to get my brakes done, he immediately sent me a direct contact to the owner himself. I contacted him and quickly got a response. I expressed what I needed and what I thought it was and was immediately sent a quote for approval. Pricing was very reasonable. I took my truck in for rear brake service and was taken in for repair very quickly. Rotors and brake pads were replaced and i was in and out in about an hour and a half time. Thank you so much to Ruben and the awesome staff for coming through for me. The truck is no longer metal to metal and stops on a dime. I will definitely return for my service needs on my vehicles.

1 call and they fit me into their busy schedule. Stuck on the side of the road with a Loaded Trailer! Noe was super helpful! And Jesse did a fantastic job! They brought me a new tire and got me back on the road! Honestly just cancel your AAA and just put these guys on the payroll

Straight up one of the best mechanics I’ve dealt with. Honest, reliable, and gets the job done right without trying to overcharge. Kept me updated through the whole process and had my vehicle running great again. Hard to find good trustworthy mechanics nowadays, but these guys definitely earned my business. Highly recommend.

Rubén Mendoza Auto Shop always delivers excellent service. I’ve been taking my vehicles there for quite some time and have never been disappointed with the work they provide. The team is supportive, straightforward, and transparent with their customers. They don’t hide anything and always provide honest answers and reliable recommendations.

Don’t go to these people they are a fraud. I went in because there was noise coming from my rear driver side tire (clunking) I thought it was a strut but of course I’m no mechanic so I brought the car in for professional guidance. The guy came to me and told me that the strut was not bad or defective so I proceeded to mention the noise again. He proceeds to still put the strut in ( mind you the new one had not been installed as of yet) and once completed proceeded to come back inside and gaslight me about how “ he didn’t hear any noise” even another mechanic drove my car and claimed he didn’t hear it. I leave to go pick my baby up from school and lo& behold immediately I still hear the same noise. I call immediately and they give me the okay to come back. I come back the guy has an attitude immediately. Talking about ‘ how he’s not going to drive’ lol. Okay cool get in because y'all are not about to gaslight me. He gets in and immediately you could hear the noise. He admits to hearing it. They lift my car and after about 10 minutes he calls me out and starts pointing to a whole bunch of areas from the rear of my car saying “ it could be coming from anywhere “ but he doesn’t know and it will take ALOT to find out “ if it’s bothering me that bad” ( of course it is , I have two kids and I’m pregnant” SAFETY FIRST! I then proceed to ask for a refund for unnecessary repairs which he denied citing ‘ I asked for strut replacement so that is what he did’. People bring their vehicles in with trust that you guys are going to properly diagnose and repair the issue at hand. Just because you go to the doctor and tell them you’re having a heart attack are the going to immediately rush you into surgery? NO! they are going to to properly diagnose you and treat you accordingly. I had a bad experience once with this shop and decided to give them another chance and they are still in their fraudulent practices. This is why women are TERRIFIED to go to mechanics because they don’t care and will get over on you at the snap of a finger. Don’t let the reviews fool you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
