Brought 2 brand new wheels/tires here yesterday for mount and balance. When I got them back one rim had scratches on one of the spokes and lip. When I brought this up to the tech he denied responsibility & repeatedly said what do you want me to do about it. Asked to speak to Ricardo the owner but he did not know when he would be available & said he would just agree with whatever the tech said anyway. I've gone here for years and never had a bad experience til now. If something goes wrong then there is no accountability, no leadership to speak to, & now I'm responsible for fixing a $350 rim.. should have just went to an actual company. Update: had my other 2 wheels mounted down the street at discount tires for the same price and they were excellent. Absolutely perfect job with not one scratch.

Charged me $20 more than another tire shop of the same brand. Kid that was tasked with simply balancing all 4 of my wheels took his sweet timr with amply phone breaks in between installing my wheels. Shouldn't have taken just over 1hr to do this job. At least the job got done I suppose.

I then popped in to Martinez Tire Shop and had my leak discovered and fixed within 10 minutes. They were friendly, helpful, and reasonable. This is my new go to place when I have tire issues.
