I had a really great experience. The three technicians who worked on my catalytic converter were friendly, respectful, and worked well together. You could tell they were putting in the effort to make sure everything came out right, and they communicated with each other throughout the job. When they finished, I was honestly impressed with how clean the welds looked and how well everything turned out. The quality exceeded my expectations, and my vehicle sounds and runs great. They were easy to talk to, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and made the whole experience comfortable. It’s always nice to find a team that cares about doing a good job and making sure the customer leaves happy. Thank you to all three technicians for the hard work and great attitude. I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing exhaust work done.
