I have been a customer since I was in high school . I took my first car to them (1999 Toyota Camry ) then I brought them my 2017 Camry , and now they service my 2015 tundra and my 2020 Corolla . excellent service , Chris has always been a chill and professional technician for all my vehicles . He also services my grandpas 2012 ford f150 and my moms 2016 Nissan Altima . nothing but positive things to say about this place ! I will continue bringing my vehicles here as well as referring anyone looking for good , and honest work ! Come to kwik car to get right !

Way overpriced. Poor communication. They don’t adhere to posted hours. Door says they’re open until 4:30 “weather permitting.” I showed up at 4:00 on a clear weather day for an oil change, was told I would get a car wash, and within 12 minutes the car wash was “was closing” and I got a card to come back on another day. I asked about the posted hours due to me not living in town and was told I could give it to someone else. I was also told “well, it’s like everything, you got to look out for yourself” and “the lube manager closed it down” by Ray, who I later learned was the owner, when I spoke with him about my concerns, after he tried engage me by bashing the president. I let him know I didn’t want to speak politics and redirected the conversation to my concerns to receive the above response. He also patted me very roughly on the shoulder with his comment. They didn’t even take off the old oil change sticker before placing their own. I received a receipt stating my vehicle was vacuumed and exterior windows were washed (see pictures). When I spoke with them about it not being done, Ray spoke condescendingly toward me “I guess we’ll get it done” and told me “you started it” when I told him not to be rude. The person behind the counter said they could “do it now if you calm down” because I was near tears, and I asked if I wasn’t allowed to show emotions at being treated poorly by them. She told me she could “guarantee everything else was done.” Other vehicles were being vacuumed at this time, but Ray, the cashier, and Josh, who reportedly did my work all told me that I should not expect a vacuum when the car wash is closed. Ray walked away and began vacuuming a vehicle at this point (passive aggressive?) the cashier told me if I wanted to speak with the owner (Ray) about my concerns, I needed to sit quietly and wait for him to finish his task. I stepped outside and asked Josh about the tasks and for my keys. Josh told me that if I wanted my windows clean (as stated on the receipt but not done) I could be provided spray to complete the task myself. When I looked shocked at this, and asked if he could guarantee the other work was completed, Ray overheard and flippantly told Josh to “get it done and get her out of here.” My front floorboards were vacuumed (nothing else) and Josh quickly sprayed and wiped my windows, causing them to be smeared and more of a problem than they were before I asked for them to uphold what they stated had been completed at my My tire pressure is recommended to higher than what they left it at. My filter is well past 6,000 miles (recommended for changing), is dirty, had bugs and leaves in it.

Best place to go in NE San Antonio for your cars needs. Quick, great customer service, and competitive prices. Highly recommended.

Customer service was extremely poor. I had ongoing issues getting help, and I was repeatedly quoted charges that were higher than agreed or unexplained. Excellent Experience!! Chris was very helpful and did not try to upsell me and was very honest!! Chris evening checked the pressure in all my tires and topped off all my fluids at no additional charge :) You will get a great value for your money :) Ask for Chris and he will take great care of you! I’ll be coming here from now on to get my oil changed
