Had a fantastic experience! Everyone was knowledgeable, straight forward, and fair. I was completely surprised and thankful to get my car diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours of being there. My AC is now back up and running just in time for the Texas summer. Also, Diana was an absolute Gem! From the first phone call to the final good bye, she was such a pleasure to work/speak with. I bought a used Honda element with the AC not working and got it diagnosed and fixed within 1-2 days. They texted/called me with updates they had. Awesome mechanic and receptionist! super knowledgeable team. Now my cabin is nice and cold 🥶 Thank you so much!
View on GoogleGave them a call after getting the typical run around from a local dealership. The receptionist were both very friendly and helpful and took time to understand the issues I was having. I had the vehicle dropped off on Friday morning and it was ready to go Monday afternoon. They have very reasonable pricing and keep you informed on what’s going on. I will be taking all of our company vehicles to them for whatever AC issues we run into in the future. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleI just moved to the area and needed immediate AC repair, this is the second summer I’ve had issues with my Subaru’s AC since replacing the evaporator core. With the heat index over 100 and my 4yo. son miserable in the heat, I called Kool2U after reading a few reviews. The woman who answered was friendly and upfront about the diagnostic process and all charges, no surprises. Even though they were in the middle of moving locations, they still fit me in. Turned out I needed a compressor replacement, and they got it done the same day. I later learned it’s a family business, I met the owner, his wife, and their daughter (the friendly voice on the phone). Fast, honest service at a fair price, backed by a solid parts and labor warranty. Highly recommend, I’ll be back for future service.
